This place used to be great for getting cute clothing for cheap, but not anymore they don’t have as much of a selection as before. They return policy is ridiculous. I went today to return a skirt I bought yesterday i didn’t like how it fits.(Because you can’t try anything at the store) and with out a receipt they would only give me a different size of the same item. How dumb is that! The lady clearly remembered me. The customer service is the worse, l been coming to this store for years I have never seen the cashier(I always get the same cashier) smile or thank me for my purchase. When I asked for the owner’s number she claimed to be the owner. One more thing the music they play is corridos it makes you feel like you are in a swapmeet.

A couple of years ago, if you asked me «where can I go for a cheap, yet cute top?» I would’ve suggested this place, why?! because it had very up-to-date clothes from popular stores(forever 21 and charlotte). It’s a lil store but had plenty of clotes for both women and kids. Then I would have given it a 5star, but at the present time it’s a completely different story, now it should be called Eric’s $ 7.99 or $ 9.99 store, yes the prise has gone up and you don’t really see any cute tops, it’s most of the left behind from the stores previously named. So my point is if it cannot justify the store name by any other reason, then they should change the name or keep the same price. This store does not have fitting rooms and there is a strict policy for exchange only No Refunds. I have bought a few items in the past and have been defective too(like a hole on the shirt or something) lol but that would be understandable if it was still 4.99!!! But no. Last thing I want to mention, the ladies that work here have such a sour look on their faces all the time!!! They are not friendly at all, and often times see customers as if they are trying to steal or something… really?! Why would anybody want to steal a 7.99 shirt that might have a button missing or a hole?
