Shell Gasoline

Cashier Is very careless. I asked him to turn on the air compressor after i pumped gas and kept saying he did. Though i knew he did not. He just wanted me to pay for it! Very bad customer service.

This location is two street’s away from me and right off the freeway so very convenient for me but I too have had my credit card information stolen twice in the last 5 months, the last time it pin pointed to this place since it was the only place I used my freshly new card. I was told by my bank that gas stations are prone to theft and if the red safety seal’s are broken don’t use the pump.
Very recently I pumped gas here and noticed all red safety sticker’s were broken or completely missing dead giveaway, I walked in and paid. Now I’m getting to the reason I’m writing this, I asked the attendant nicely if they ever replace or have the pumps checked after the seals are shown to be tampered with, he looked a me and said «NO» then added «I wouldn’t use my card out there». He went on to say that they have had ton’s of complaints and the owner does nothing about it.
This place is convenient and close to home but they will never see a red cent from me ever again.

I would always pump at this gas station because its 2 blocks from my house & in the morning im rushing out to work. In the past 3 – 5 months they’ve done fraud on my credit/​debit cards (whichever card i used) 3 times already. I didn’t notice they first time because it was around Thanksgiving Black Friday so i thought that maybe from those purchases they commited fraud but the second time i pumped gas, 2 days later the same thing happened. The third time it happened to my husband. Each time they stole $ 300 – 600.

In a matter of a couple of days, my Husband & I both had our Credit Card information stolen from the pumps at this Station. I was 1^st made aware of this by a really nice lady who was pumping gas but because I was in a rush I went ahead & swiped my card at the pump. The next day my Husband was contacted by his Bank notifying him someone ATTEMPTED to use his card & that he needed to get a new card, 2 days later I was contacted by my Bank notifying me someone ATTEMPTED to use my card, after they had already used it to charge over $ 600 at 4 different stores in Compton.
Now, onto my review MINUS THE PUMP DRAMA… I have been a customer of this Station for YEARS! It used to be a Mobil Station & then it was HORRIBLE the pumps were slow, the place was filthy & a majority of the Employees were rude. Now that it’s a Shell Station, the pumps work good, it’s always clean (even the restroom) & the Employees are nice, even the 1 Employee who is still there from the Mobil who was the RUDEST is nice & professional now.
Just do yourself a favor & take the time to walk in to pay…
