To all you Unilocalers sorry for your bad expierence this subway has improved ask for Fabiola she is great very friendly efficient and will get ur order correct she takes pride in makeing ur sandwiches not just throwing ingredients all sloppy on sandwich

Great subway to come to. They always get my orders right, place is always clean, bread is always fresh and not hard like other subways i’ve been to and staff is always friendly and helpful.

This place needs some major improvements in terms of customer service. I have been there 4 times giving them a chance, but it seems like they are trained to be rude. 1. No greeting, staff looks like they are not happy to be there. No one is forcing you to be there, don’t like it, leave!!! They stare at you until you order, no common courtesy. some are a little better than others, but overall not a pleasant experience. 2. Every single time that i have been there, flies flying around the food and staff does nothing to clear them away. Management team: Read this and improve the service!!! Health department: Do some inspections.

Went to Walmart, saw subway and decided to grab a late lunch and talk about crappy service for a new subway. Girls didn’t even bother to greet. They looked like they were being forced to work there. I stood there for a while waiting for someone to take my order. Finally some girl named nathalie came and just looked at me till i said hi and she didn’t even respond. So i went ahead and told her i wanted a footlong and so on. I got charged she didn’t even bother to ask if i wanted a combo or anything else. She also didn’t give me napkins am i suppose to wipe my mouth with my shirt? They really need to improve their service and they need to keep their Preparing area and tables clean.
