Been with t-mobile for over 7 yrs now. Never have I experienced someone at this still with no interest in helping a customer, until I came across Frank. He definitely needs some custom service skills. Not helpful at all.

Went in last week to get an upgrade for my sister. Unfortunately they did not have the iPhone 6s in rose gold, but Nathan was very kind enough to take our info down and notify us when they would be receiving their next shipment. So glad he kept his word!

I would of given this place zero stars if i was able to. I downloaded Unilocal just to write this review, thats how bad my experiences have been with this place. It all started when i purchades my mobile phone from this location. From the beginning i started getting problems with my phone i called tmobile technical support atleast 5 times before going to the store. One of the employee basically tolled me that my $ 300 phone was«low end» thats why i kept having problems with it and if i purchased a better quality phone it should fix phone issues. Before purchasing the expensive ass phone i asked the seller if the issue continued was able to return my phone. According to the guy i had 14 days to return it if i was not satisfied. To my disappointment my Samsung S6 kept restarting by itself atleast 2x per day and i was still receiving my txts late or wouldnt receive them. When i decided to return it, the rude employeer didnt even want to help me because i didnt provide them with the original paperwork .Yet when i returned my other phone to buy this expensive one they didnt ask for shit. Her next excuse was that since i had changed my phone number to the new provider i was not able to return the mobile phone. After hearing all the bull shit i called customer service and thank god they where able to help. Even the woman helping me out from customer service was having difficulty with these people. They passed the phone around and made us wait a long time for help. I wasted one hour hearing stupid excuses to not get my money back. But thanks to tmobile customer service i was able to return it. But they did charge me the $ 50 restocking fee. I WOULDNEVERRECOMMENDNOONETOTHISRUDE, UNPROFESSIONALPLACE. I currently have boost and havent had any issues and as a matter of fact it’s waaaayyy cheaper . And if you have to deal with this people all i have to say is GOODLUCK and make sure you take some snacks because they are going to make you wait.

This store has one of the if not the worse costumer service ever! This employee named Richard was so rude the minute he started talking to me. And it’s not just him, it’s most of them there. And whenever I buy a new phone they always try selling me stuff I don’t need and if I say no they get mad.

HIGHLYCOMPETENT with the BESTCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! The only location where you don’t get pushed over with it can’t be done. After trying a few locations to transfer contacts from one phone to another this was the ONLY location that took their time to figure out how to do it. It took a few additional steps but it was done.

Felt a little like a celebrity walking in and everyone greeting me. Who am I kidding, no I didn’t but it did feel nice being acknowledged quickly. Moms and I went to get an upgrade on her phone since she was still on them old Blackberries. I mean, who uses a Blackberry now-a-days right? and this little lady is so hip now that she needs to be on her Twitter and FB account. Ha! Anyhow, Edgar was his name. He made our experience a good one. While Emma(my yr and half old niece) was enjoying their music by dancing her little butt off, Edgar was answered all of my mom’s questions and not once did we feel rushed. Thank you Edgar for your awesome customer service!

I would like to thank Denise for her excellent personal service she greeted me as I answered the door and patiently explained to me what I needed to do to transfer my service over from AT&T to T-Mobile she was able to do it and she didn’t rush no pressure customer service very happy with Denise at T Mobile in the city of Bell Gardens gracias.

went in with a friend to do an upgrade and purchase a Samsung galaxy 3. the sales rep Karla helped us out extremely she told us of services that were on our plan that we didn’t even need and helped us save over $ 90.00 a month … the only bad thing about our visit was the damn annoying manager i think his name was Eddie, any who during the transaction the rep kept getting pushed and hurried by him which to me was extremely rude, he then goes behind her and whispers in her ear something about«you need to hurry up! unless your selling them something» my jaw dropped ! in some instances she needed assistance so she went to him and he ignored her! idk if it is an internal problem but me and my friend were really bothered because the rep was doing everything as fast as she could and the manager kept on walking behind her and whispering to hurry up ! i was completely disgusted by his behavior which was completely unethical, why would he want us not to save money? yet be his customers and purchase phones and services? he should be demoted or fired. before leaving i wanted him to have a piece of my mind but he seen me walking towards him and he waled to the back and closed the door … nice way of treating your customers what a jackass! … im pretty sure shes not the only rep being treated that way. smh
