This repair shop is fantastic. They repaired my Samsung TV in one day and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for your repair needs.

We brought our dvd/​vcr to HR and when they called to say the repair was done charged $ 75.00 and we brought it home; found the vcr tape would not eject. Brought back and waited 2 ½ months, numerous phone calls telling us they were waiting for a part. Finally, going there in person and they told me they could not obtain part and the second problem was «coincidental». They are unreliable. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Brought my TV there for repair and they kept it for 3 months in total without fixing anything and charging me a bench fee. They told me they could fix it and were waiting on a part that was back ordered, after countless phone calls and showing up there to find out about my TV, they told me they were fixing it and it should be done soon. They waited till after Black Friday to tell me they couldn’t fix it, all the sales were already done and they never gave me a solid reason as to why they could not repair it. They have horrible customer service skills and do not know how to treat their clients.
