I waited over an hour to try to get a hold of someone who works at this hotel and was unable to. I am still unable to get through to someone. I work for the government and we give hilton a lot of busy and we use this hotel often whenever we have training out that way. I think it is very unprofessional to not have someone there to assist. I called the customer support line and they were unable to help either. I need to cancel reservations for an emergency and yet I cant find anyone. This will be the last time we book at this hotel again.

Hotel was clean but DONOT expect much for breakfast. Went down 30 mins from breakfast end and everything was gone with NO restock. Even the coffee and creamer were empty. Also, pool closes at 8pm.

Again, my previous review pretty much sums this place up for our experiences here. However, on this visit, our room was upgraded due to my need for a refrigerator for meds. And the hotel is being upgraded. Workers were there installing a new tile floor. The night clerk told us that future upgrade plans(not sure if it is part of this ongoing one or a future upgrade, is a new lobby and for the outside pool area to be enclosed, making it an indoor pool. Now that would be much appreciated. The hotel breakfast, was as before, somewhat uninspiring. Though we were able to get some fresh bagels, which were very good. I cannot speak for any other hotel experiences in the South Hill area, but this one suits our needs. @Removeyourhat

Nice hotel off i85 — 30 to 60 dollars cheaper than the other Hampton Inns and similar hotels within 50 to 75 miles north or south on the interstate.

Meh… Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Some hotel patrons were outside partying to the wee hours of the night.
