This trail is nice for walking your dog or going on a quick run. The trails aren’t lengthy, but you can get a 5k in if you follow a specific route. I would, however, discourage visiting this park when the weather isn’t great. It’s a safe place when the parking lot is full, but when there aren’t many cars in the lot there are a LOT of break-ins. My car was broken into within a matter of minutes, and several other people I know have experienced the same thing. Probably bored teenagers since it isn’t a dangerous area, but still a big enough reason for me not to visit this park when it’s not sunny and 75.

Pretty place to walk, run, ride bikes, etc. just only wish the trails were longer for distance runners-the short trails make it hard to get those long miles in.

The trail is great for running, walking or with your dog or stroller! It’s pretty flat, a few tiny inclines, but nothing to be worried about. The arrows are a little confusing to follow, but it’s about 3 miles total. It’s a loop, so you’ll always end back up where you started.

It’s a old football field and it’s halfway fenced in, the fence has no gates on it so it’s wide open right beside a busy road this park isn’t for young active dogs it’s for old lazy dogs that can’t get out of reach from u

This trail was name dedicated to the first fallen soldier to die overseas from Puyallup. This all-paved secluded path is surrounded by forest on either side on the 1.6 mile walk between heritage park and Rogers Highschool. It is simple and beautiful. I enjoy it! There are a couple ponds, you may see frogs and bugs. Its a good place to slip away for a few minutes… Not a lot of people know about it… it’s nice to find a park in Puyallup that isn’t crowded. Bradley lake park is pretty but crowded! Same with Desorsey Park. This park doesn’t provide as cool of a water feature, but still the«get lost, and get away from it all» feeling. Perfect«safe place» for riding a bike with kids! The actual play center for the kids has two swings. A smaller section for little kids with a tunnel, and larger section for older kids with a couple of monkey bars. The park is small. There is also a very large field for playing football, freesbee, catch or whatever… There are not a lot of garbage cans and no bathrooms except at the park or the highschool park so keep that in mind before you go into the 1.6 mile trail that connects the the park and highschool! There is parking lots on both side of the trail so if you don’t wish you walk, and only wanted to play at the park, or play at the highschools ball fields you could… But the trail is the best part!
