I had to have an MRI today, and I was a little apprehensive about not only the procedure, but the facility since I had read the bad review. After receiving the order from my doctor they called and scheduled me. When I arrived at the facility I was greeted and after filling out paperwork I watched a quick movie explaining the process. The MRI technician (Monica) was very good at explaining what to do and she made me feel very comfortable about everything. The office was easy to get to with the good directions that were given to me when I made my appointment. I would recommend this facility. There is plenty of free parking. The staff was both courteous and professional.
