my coworker and I ordered from this particular location today. It took more than 45 minutes to deliver a few miles away. Sorry but that IS NOT freaky fast.

Im a big fan of jimmy johns but for some reason when i go to this location I literally get 1 slice of meat on my sandwich. Yes I understand it was the regular sub and not the $ 5.99 extra meat sub but still. The last 2 times I went there for the $ 4.99 regular vito it was literally 90% bread and tomato & lettuce. Where is the meat? I guess ill stick to subway and subport when im in South Holland.

Terrible customer service! I ordered my food to have it delivered by noon. By 1245 I still had nothing nor did my 2 other Co workers that ordered with me. This particular branch claimed the driver was new and didn’t know the area, in defense of the driver, maybe he was new… but then why send him if he doesn’t know routes?!? I called and complained several times to only have these adolescent sounding employees actually tell me that «it’s really busy right now, can you call back in a bit?» All because I wanted to know where the heck my food was that was also already paid for!!! The «manager» said he wasn’t going to «kiss my butt» because I was soo upset and venting to them… sucks that JJ’s is such a large franchise that the horrible treatment dished by their employees doesn’t matter.

What can I say, its a Jimmy Johns Freak Fast!
I eat here for lunch all the time, its always fast, fresh and they are never out of anything. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Fresh ingredients. Great bread. Fast service. We eat at this particular location at least once a week. I love their bread. The wheat slices are thick and have just the right consistency. I usually have either the Pepe or the Beach Club.

There is nothing gourmet about these subs, grinders, hoagies… sprouts on a turkey sandwich doesn’t make it gourmet.
I never thought that I’d endorse Subway but when comparing to JJ’s I do. JJ’s charges for cheese and they don’t have many toppings or condiments. Their subs are smaller and the amount of fillings are minimal.
I will say that they are fast! In store or delivery.
