Executech

Our company’s assigned technician, John, is /​incredibly/​knowledgeable. Whether we’re having trouble with emails, my computer is acting up, or I deleted something I shouldn’t have– John is always one call away. I’ve recommended Executech to every company because they can do it all from setting up your email on your phone to setting up your network.
My only ‘complaint’ is the wrapping on the cars– but at least I can tell when John pulls up!

We have used Executech for almost a year. Jage (J.J. or Bob as we like to call him) has been very helpful. Computers can be touch and go sometimes, but he has made them work seemlessly!

Our company has been using Executech for years now and I personally have had Matt M and Eric the owner help me with my work computer, personal computer, network issues, firewall setup, debugging, malware, hardware updates, software updates and many many other issues. I have experienced both professional courtesy, constant timely service, proactive consulting to solve problems that were not even their problem to solve (Comcast internet!) Overall I would rate them the best IT company I have worked with in the 27 years I have been working. I have worked with over 12 other IT companies and none of them have been as good. I would happily recommend Executech to anyone. I have even referred Eric to some referral partners that work with fortune 25 companies.

The tech showed up 40 mins late, spent almost as much time on his cell phone texting, then answered 3 others calls and my service is down cause it wasn’t set up right. Now I have a long weekend with no service at the office… I reached out to him… got a couple of email apologizing… then disappeared… I’d love to be able to change this review… or say they made it right but I bet I get nothing till Tuesday… this sucks…
