It seems that almost every McDonald’s I go to messes something up. However, this location is by far the WORST one I have ever been to! I live around the corner and unfortunately come here when the kids or husband want McD’s, because its the closest. Without fail, something major is wrong with my order… like, for instance, getting home to find my son only has ONE chicken nugget in his happy meal, or not having ANY MEAT on the hamburger I just spent $ 8 for!
If these things happened only once in a long while, I could excuse it, but this stuff happens almost always when I come to this location. Poor service, very poor location. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! Avoid it!

Ugh. We ended up here again (because having kids means sometimes you do things you don’t want to do) and if I could give zero stars, I would.
The food, cleanliness, and service were all okay – right until the manager and an employee called the three families sitting in the playroom «disgusting pigs» in Spanish. I assume they thought they were safe saying it in front of me because I *look* like someone who wouldn’t understand.
Well guess what? They were wrong. This is one pasty-faced, 30-something mommy who speaks FLUENT Spanish.
Epic FAIL, McDonalds. Epic.

Dear Management,
The service and speed of order execution is at an all time low! I have waited in your drive thru for as long as 15 minutes in the past week. Customer service is awful with less than friendly staff. Management seems to not care in the least that their guests are frustrated and not happy. The new drink machine is completely impractical especially for this location. This South Jordan store can be packed on a Saturday morning and now you want one person at a time getting a drink? You’ve ruined the efficient service I’ve been accustom to over the last 12 years in coming to this location.

Food is standard Mc Donalds. Service so so. Staff does not seem motivated to please. Draper Mc Donalds has better service.

I know just another mc Donald’s but the drive thru here is pretty fast they always get the order right and they are open 24hrs one of the best McDonald’s I have been too.

Is it fair to write a review even if I’ve never been inside? I’ve only ever been through the drive-thru for this McD’s, but I will say they move people through lightning fast. I am always impressed at the sheer amount of cars and orders they push though in such a short amount of time.
I have had an order messed up once, but it wasn’t a major thing. And they remedied it quickly. Oh, and apparently if you order extra ice, the computer knows how to do that. If only it knew what «pebble ice» meant…
