Dr. Payne and his staff are so great and friendly. Went here for my second set of braces and my teeth look better than ever. I would highly recommend them.

We take my teenage step-​daughter here. Let’s just say she has very complicated orthodontia and we couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Payne and his staff. One of my favorite things about Dr. Payne is that he seems genuinely passionate about orthodontics… he seems truly excited to educate about the orthodontic process and it almost seems like he considers the process to be a fun challenge! He’s outstanding with kids and his office in West Jordan is the perfect combination of elegant (for the grown-​ups) and fun (for the kids). There is an arcade and t.v.‘s with family-​friendly movies playing all the time. I had braces when I was a teen and have been (mostly) wearing my old retainer for the past 20 years. It’s… uh… well… OLD… so I decided to get a consultation with Dr. Payne for myself and he offered me a new retainer that can even re-​straighten some of my teeth that have shifted for a more than generous price.
They have really great payment options that are really do-​able and easy and the prices are more than reasonable. The entire staff is friendly and they always seem to run like a well-​oiled machine in there. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my kids or myself :) Highly recommend them!

We came to Dr. Payne highly recommended. Everyone we know goes to him and I later found out that my dentist sends his kids to Dr. Payne as well.
My daughter loves Dr. Payne! He explains everything to both of us before he does anything and never makes my daughter feel like she’s not there when he’s explaining things to me. Whenever my daughter has had questions he’s always more than happy to explain it to her till she’s comfortable. He’s always been very professional, nice, and thorough. He’s definitely not a typical uptight Orthodontist. He’s very casual and calm, which makes my daughter super comfortable. His offices are very cute and his staff is always friendly.
I love that his office is so kid friendly. I mean come on, what kid wouldn’t want to wait till their name is called in an arcade?! Very smart on his end to install that arcade. It’s made it so my daughter wishes his wait times were longer and keeps me happy because I’m not constantly telling her to be quiet till her name is called. The longest we’ve waited was today — 5 minutes! Love that he doesn’t overbook. My daughter loves getting her points as well as her tokens for her piggy bank that Dr. Payne provides for all his patients.
Personally, I feel he’s very affordable and love his payment options. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Awesome team of staff at this office. Decorated super cute inside with a circus big top theme. My daughter loves her «No Payne No Gain» shirt and wears it proudly which works well because every time you wear your shirt to your appointment you get points which can be redeemed later for prizes.
Dr. Payne is young but extremely knowledgeable. He is kind and gentle and knows how to talk to very small children. I love this flat-​rate pricing system, it’s right on the wall so there are no hidden fees. He also offers no-​interest financing with no qualification involved, he just offers it to all of his patients, how cool is that?
Very affordable and they make orthodontics fun. I HIGHLY recommend.
