On hold for 11 minutes. I hung up called back and was asked if I could hold for a minute, I said I was already holding and I said I would hold for 1 minute, it took a total of 11 minutes to place my order. Told 15 minutes on my order, actual time 25 minutes to cook, 11 to order. I was in a hurry that’s why we called for pizza.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. My quoted delivery time was 8:28 at 8:48 I called and was told my pizza was still sitting in the warmer waiting for a driver. I finally got my pizza two hours after ordering. It was an hour late. They did not offer to do anything to fix the problem I was just told to bad on the phone. They should have at least called me to let me know there was a problem and they should have offered to fix the problem.

This is a really good Pizza Hut location, carry out only though. I have ordered here lots and the quality seems to be pretty consistent. For franchise pizza it will be hard to beat this place.

I want expecting much, it’s Pizza Hut. But I was rather surprised because the pizza was perfect. Delicious. Good amount of toppings and cheese. Prompt delivery. I was thankfully surprised.
