Sent a contact email from their website for them to call me and they never did… Not even atleast response back by email or voicemail. It’s too bad this happens when I’m trying get my poor car fixed!

Seriously the most honest auto body shop around! They treat you great and make sure your car is very well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!

Not only was the rental car filthy but the Unique employee who filled out the paperwork for the car also put the milage as over 1000 less miles then the car actually had on it. I called and requested to speak with a manager and requested these issues be remedied and was told no. Told I would have to handle it all thru a hertz location even though unique gave me the car. Bravo unique. Again I am impressed with your customer service skills.

I dropped my car off this morning so my review has nothing to do with the quality of work on my car (I may update my rating after I see the work they do), my review is more-​so in regards to how I was treated when I dropped my car off. They didn’t give me any time to ask any questions. I didn’t get an estimate of how long the repairs would take or if they would call me about them, nothing. Also they gave me a rental care that hadn’t even been cleaned from the last person. It looked like someone had smashed a box of pink cereal and poured it everywhere, it grosses me out to touch anything in the rental car. This rating is strictly in regards to the crappy customer service.

Great experience. After dropping my car off they noticed additional damage than what I was quoted. While I would have understood if I had to pay more, they did not ask for any additional money. The work they did was incredible and my car was detailed when I picked it up. Fast, fair and friendly… very impressed!

Friendly, Professional, Fast and Damn Talented! I bought my first ever brand new car this year and of course within two months I backed my baby into a lamp post doing some serious damage to the rear bumper. I took it in to Unique for an estimate, and decided to save a couple bucks before having it replaced. Upon learning that I wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger and get it fixed, Tremayne popped out the dent leaving me with just a couple fairly inconspicuous scratches FOR FREE. I drove it around for a bit, saved a couple bucks and returned to have it fixed right about a month later. I must say that she looks brand new again and the whole process at Unique was downright pleasant. They have a customer for life.

I had my vehicle repaired at Unique after a front end collision. They have excellent workmanship and a courteous staff. They even detailed the car afterward. The damage was minor (just the bumper and grill) but I can’t tell that there was ever any damage. It looks brand new. Excellent paint matching as well :)

Unique is awesome. They offered a free rental car when you take your car in, and they did the job quickly and did quality work. If I am ever in need again, I’m for sure going in. Working with their warranty is ridiculously easy. Their number one priority is taking care of their customers, and these days that counts for a lot. Thanks unique!

Jeremy and the crew at Unique Auto Body worked a miracle on our family mini-​van today. They had fixed/​replaced the front and back bumpers in less time than most places would take just to order the parts. The workmanship is outstanding. I barely recognized the car. They polished it up and made it pretty, inside and out. I can’t thank them enough. And all for LESS than the other quotes we’d received!

I have been to the midvale location a few times over the years and they have always do e an amazing job. Just before Christmas, I was in a fender bender and had to have my beloved car repaired again. Their insurance company listed Unique in south Jordan as one of their preferred shops. I immediately to, d the claims agent I would go to them. Even before I had a chance to call Unique they called me! They made the whole process very easy and convenient. They kept me informed throughout the time they had my car and worked very quickly. When I went to pick up the car, I was happy to see it looking as good as new. I will always go to Unique Auto Body for all of my repairs.
