We have been using Alpine Home Services for many years! Always great work whether it is a standard cleaning or specialty services such as carpet cleaning, smoke removal, etc. Great communication, very reliable, and they show great care. In the years of using their services, we’ve never had anything broken, damaged, or missing. We would highly recommend their services!

Not only does Alpine Home Services provide excellent cleaning and care taking of my mountain home, they arrange all of the maintenance during the off season. This week alone I will have the windows and carpets cleaned, all arranged and supervised by Samantha. She has also arranged for a locksmith, something that I thought I would research on my own, but when I turned the task over to AHS, it was set up immediately. This business makes owning a second home stress free!

I don’t even know where to begin… I called Samantha and her crew for some help to get our house ready to put on the market, and what they did was nothing short of awesome! They cleaned our house from top to bottom, and in all the nooks and crannies. The nearly impossible to clean light fixture in our kitchen? Yup, it’s sparkling now! Behind the stove? Nice and clean, no more dust bunnies! They even cleaned behind our washer and dryer (how, I have no idea, but they did)! I will definitely be calling AHS again if our house is on the market longer than we hope. Thanks Samantha!

I was introduced to Samantha via the realtor that helps us locate a ski cabin to lease each year at Kirkwood. I can’t tell you how valuable her services are. I say «valuable» because the value for the price is literally unbeatable. The quality of the cleaning and linen services is unmatched. The prices? Amazingly affordable. There just isn’t a better deal.
For context, I’ve been running a ski house at Kirkwood for 4 years now. We come up to Kirkwood form San Francisco so having dependable and reliable service is key. The first year I used a different service run through Kirkwood directly at the time. That experience was… well… not great. There were several times when we asked to have the sheets washed and put back on the beds before the upcoming weekend where it simply wasn’t done.
With Alpine Home Services, this hasn’t happened even once in the past 3 years. They have ALWAYS come through for us, even when the weather has made it difficult for motorists to get to Kwood, AHS has gottent the job done.
Samantha and her staff are professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I try to keep a steady schedule with them but sometimes I have to ask for last minute adjustments and Samantha is always willing to make adjustments if it is possible.
I can’t thank you enough AHS. You make running a ski lease from 200 miles away possible!

We have been using Alpine Home Services for 2 years now. Samantha and her team are amazing and real life savers. Samantha is always very responsive and usually gets jobs taken care of very quickly. We have used their cleaning services and they do a great job with that, so nice to walk into a clean home. We also needed our carpets cleaned so Samantha quickly took care of that for us and now the carpet looks almost brand new… We have also used them for small repairs at or condo, they have a handyman who fixed our two faucets and I am sure can do many other things if needed. Overall they are such a good resource to have around here! We are so grateful to have found them. We are also looking forward to using their child care services in the future as we have two little ones…

We have been using AHS for two years now and could not be happier with their service. Their housekeeping services are meticulous and it is so lovely to walk into a pristine house. Samantha eliminates so many of the hassles of owning a home far away. For example, my nephew left his medicine at our house and she shipped it to him in Texas. She efficiently coordinates other services such as handyman needs, pest control, and window cleaning. She even offers annual changing of smoke alarm batteries, which is something so important but so easily forgotten — and not something I want to do given the high ceilings in our loft! She has also supervised several furniture and appliance deliveries, enabling me to spend just $ 35 to avoid 7+ hours of driving.
Beyond the practicalities of her attention to detail and amazing housekeeping, Samantha and her crew are just lovely people and I feel so comfortable leaving my home and my family’s needs in their hands.

I have used Alpine Home Services many times for my home. Samantha has done «spring“cleans for me that left the house sparkling clean, and the environmental friendly Mrs. Meyers products smell amazing! When I was pregnant and in the hospital having my daughter, her and her team came in and cleaned every nook and cranny! I can’t tell you what a relief it was to come home with a new child to an incredibly clean home. She even contracted out to have the carpets done! I highly recommend Alpine Home Services for any of your cleaning needs.

We have been using Samantha’s services for our Kirkwood ski-​in ski-​out condo for over three years. Samantha and her team are excellent to work with on a daily and seasonal basis. We have been using Samantha’s services for our Kirkwood house for over a year now, and we’re happy with the results. It is easy to organize a clean-​up via text or e-​email, and after providing feedback on how we wanted things done, we now have a spotless house when we make it up there.

Samantha and her crew has cleaned our Snowcrest condo since 2005. She does an excellent job of cleaning and goes out of her way to accommodate us when our tenants’ rental schedules change. She is always very thorough and professional.

I have used Samantha and Alpine Home Services for over 10 years. We use her for basically home management of our Kirkwood Cabin — cleaning, pest control, snow removal, and grocery delivery. Also, as a treat, as an in house chef. Samantha is always professional, friendly and on the ball. This service allows us to fully enjoy our vacation and not worry about the details of owning a remote location. When there are issues (had a pipe burst) she dealt with all the workers I needed to arrange and made it much less challenging. She also makes sure periodic maintenance is done on the home.
She is well worth using for any vacation home needs.

This company is the best and we wish we could take them with us everywhere we lived. Consistent cleaning, trustworthy, meticulous, and does exactly what we need.
