Great metal fab shop. I take everything I need done there. They are very fair on pricing and the craftsmanship is of the highest quality. Whenever I come in unannounced to check on a project always one guy will stop what he’s doing to explain to me what’s being done. Each person that works there cares about what they are doing and it shows in their work. The owner Gary is great and so is the Secratary. Best metal shop in Tahoe. Keep up the good work!

These guys do a really good job, and can fabricate anything you want with metal, powdercoating etc. They made our interior railings, stair handholds, and brackets for our exterior beams. Prices are fair, and they got our job done fast.

Wish I had thought to write this back when it occurred. On the last day of a week’s vacation at Tahoe, some jerk hits my unloaded boat trailer from behind and destroys the hitch. Could not recover my boat, could not leave town. The good folks at Tahoe Keys Marina directed me to Alpine Metals. They were incredibly helpful — pulled a guy off of another job, cut off my hitch, and welded a new one on, all in about an hour. If my memory is correct, it was under a hundred bucks for both the new hitch and the labor. I’m sure I’d have paid more at home in San Diego. An old joke in business is «You can have it fast, you can have it cheap, and you can have it done well — just not all three on the same job. So pick any two.» In my case, they did all three, and really got me out of a jam.
