We bought a used stacked washer and dryer from Gary, the owner. Great guy. He had a 1 year warranty on the unit and stood by that. We’ve had this unit for almost 5 years now and it works great. He does a fantastic job on refurbishing used appliances. It I very disheartening to read peoples bad reviews about this business just because they didn’t come by and pick up your old appliances. The way I see it, beggers can’t be chosers. Here you are complaining that someone didn’t pick up your old appliances for FREE. I do understand that if someone tells you something, especially a business, they should follow through, however, you can’t judge a business on things you get (or don’t) from them for free. Have you ever done business with them? If you’ve never actually done any form of a business transaction with them (or intended to), then your review should be mute.

I also had W/​D units sitting in my driveway for weeks, and I too had to call again to get them removed. Also, repairs are not done properly. But I guess that assures him a call back and another bill. Normally I try to hire locally as well, but best to get someone who will do what they tell you (and bill you for).

Trying to help local business and initially was glad I spoke to a person who said he wanted and would pick up my dryer. Arranged for the pick up, discussed a couple of days until days, weeks and a month eventually went by. Dryer still in the driveway. I called at least 3 more times asking if he still wanted the dryer, set a deadline and still no communication. Very disappointing.
