House of Carpets

Darrel is a real nice guy. He installed carpeting and laminate flooring in my 1700 square foor house. The carpet and MOST of rhe laminite were installed quickly. I had ordered laminite to be installed on the stairs. It took Darrel an additional 3 weeks to complete the stairs. It was done only after numerous emails, phone calls, and threats. Darrel had every excuse you can think of. He used my vacuum for clean up and left it in the garage with the dirt cup overflowing. Replaced a broken mirror only after I reminded him 5 times. Used industrial tape to secure the laminate boards until The glue dried and did NOT cleans the tape residue off the stairs. He gets 2 stars because the final workmanshoip was very good.
