Jose Resendis Cleaning

Jose and Esther have been cleaning our vacation rental for two years now. We are extremely grateful for their help! They are a pleasant, reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy couple. We live in Monterey County and manage the property ourselves, so having dependable help is crucial for us. They take pride in their business and are thankful to have the work we provide. They do an excellent job cleaning and their prices are affordable. Our rental is pet friendly and unfortunately, urine spots are a reality for us. Jose has cleaned the carpets several times for us… we couldn’t believe the stains he was able to get out! Jose is also a handyman! He has been able to fix/​repair a number of things on our property. We can’t thank Jose and Esther enough for all the time and energy they’ve invested in our home!

My limited experience was poor with Jose. He was rude about the condition of my house as I had dogs. Yes, there will be dog hair. He gave me a price of $ 175 for a small 750 sq cabin. I agreed to the price because I was having company needed help prior to their visit. Jose showed up on the wrong date Thursday, Wednesday not. Because of his no show, I cleaned myself.
Based on this limited experience we clearly were not a match and we decided to not work with each other.

Jose and Esther are great housecleaners. They arrive exactly on time, are accommodating to our flexible schedules, and do a very nice job cleaning. We very much look forward to every other week when they come to clean.

I have had Jose and his wife clean my house for over 2 years now every other week and I’m so happy every time I come home to a perfectly clean house. My favorite part is when they change the sheets and clean my hardwood floors. They have always been on time and are willing to do extra projects when needed. They pay attention to detail like cleaning cob webs from a vaulted ceiling or the top of my ceiling fan. I have also had them clean my windows and paint my deck. They are fast, affordable and friendly! Highly recommended.

Jose and Ester are awesome. They are immaculate and no nonsense about cleaning. They are fast, efficient and detailed. They are dependable and always on time.

Jose and Esther are the best in cleaning. I had my carpet cleaned a few months ago and still looks like brand new. He was very fare on his price and they got the job done on time. I have also call Pepe (jose) for some handyman jobs and he is always been on time and always gets the job done right. Thanks Jose!

Jose and his wife are very hard working, honest and fair priced. Our whole neighborhood calls them for our home cleaning, handyman work, carpet cleaning, and whatever we need. This is my 3-​year update, and we are still very happy with them.
