I changed Optometrists after a less than stellar experience at another office off of Ski Run Blvd. The waiting room is very neat and tidy, and the women at the reception desk were very sweet and accomdating. Pili helped schedule an appointment, and later called me to remind me a few days prior. I also received a text message reminding me of my appoinment, which was really convenient and helpful. Marika was very knowledgeable and explained all of the different procedures and tests and explained the pros & cons of glasses versus contacts. Dr. Lehman is very professional and thorough, he was very patient with me updating my prescription. After my exam, Marika helped me pick out glasses. We must have tried on 30 different frames and she gave great suggestions. I ended up picking a pair of glasses she suggested and I absolutely love them. My glasses came quickly and are perfect. If you are looking for an Optometrist, I highly recommend this office. Thanks again!

I went here on the recommendation of a friend who had seen Dr. Beck in the past. My whole experience here was beyond exceptional! At first, my appointment was scheduled for a week or so out, but the front desk staff called me when they had a cancellation and were able to get me in within 2 days — I love that!
Dr. Beck was great! I have contacts and glasses, so have been through my fair share of optometrists throughout the years. He was the first optometrist I saw locally, mostly because I needed a new contact prescription, and also new glasses. During the exam, he explained everything to me, some of which I had never heard of knew about. When it was time to decide what to get with insurance — glasses or contacts — he immediately suggested getting the glasses through their office (since they tend to be more expensive), and going to Costco for contacts. I LOVE when optometrists are unselfish enough to suggest you go to Costco (or wherever, for that matter), to get your contacts at an affordable price. Got my glasses, got my contact prescription, and walked out extremely pleased. Dr. Beck will be my eye doctor for as long as he is practicing in Tahoe!
