My friends and I used Lakeshore Pacific Limo for getting around South Lake Tahoe on NYE. Phillip and Alan were great! They had an open line of communication and were on time for both pickups. I would use their service again next time we’re in town.

We used Lakeshore Pacific Limo for a July birthday celebration in Incline Village/​Truckee. Great experience! The booking process was easy and the driver was prompt and professional.
We will definitely use them again. If you have car service needs in the North Lake Tahoe area I highly recommend Lakeshore Pacific Limousine.

I arranged a boat rental for 5÷27÷12 through LSP in South Lake Tahoe for my friend’s bachelorette weekend because they had the best rates out of all the boat rental companies. Big mistake. Roger Wilson the owner rented us a defective boat and refused to handle the situation when the boat failed.
We had plans to spend the day on Lake tahoe and rented the boat for 8 hours at $ 485 + $ 70 towing fee + $ 20 launch fee. When the Mother of Bride and I picked up the boat at the Tahoe Keys, it took the boat several minutes to start. The employee Mike who was helping us said it was «cold blooded» but ultimately got it started.
I drove the boat less than 20 minutes to pick up the rest of the girls at Lakeside Marina and then another 20 mins to Zephyr Cove directly & buoyed the boat to explore. After a couple hrs I returned to the boat & it wouldn’t run due to a blown fuse or other unknown electrical issue. After 30 mins of trying to start the boat, I had the Sheriff & marina attendants tow the boat from the buoy to the dock.
I tried to contact Roger and left several messages for him, but he WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL. Meanwhile the dock attendants at Zephyr Cover were looking at the boat and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it… they said Lake Shore Pacific was a seedy company. Some 45 mins later Mike finally arrived to look at the boat. After another 30 mins Mike said he couldn’t fix the problem… it was a blown fuse. All the while Mike was talking with Roger, who would not take ANY of my 15+ phone calls.
Roger (via Mike) offered us a limo ride home, but we had lunch reservations on the other side of the Lake. No replacement boat was offered. Since Roger refused to communicate with us, Mike said our only option was to leave. We were forced to take 2 TAXIS ($ 25 each) from Zephyr Cove to return to the Marina where our cars were. At the time we left the Marina Mike confirmed we had LESS THAN 1 HR RUN TIME on the boat, and the total time expired was less than 4 hours of an 8 hour intended rental.
When ROGER finally TEXTED me the NEXT DAY he said he would ‘only’ charge us for the towing/​launch fee and gas (even though there was LESS THAN AN HR of run time on the boat) just to make us go away. When he finally took my phone call he was so rude, using foul language and being insulting rather than apologetic. after HE rented us a boat that did not work and absolutely RUINED our daytrip. He INFORMED ME he would be charging us for the towing and launch fee and hung up on me.
I then texted him «Most horrible experience with business owner ever. Absolutely unacceptable. Will report to BBB and dispute any charge to Credit Card. His response: «Beautiful. and you are the most unreasonable customer I’ve ever dealt with. Dont need customers like you. Can’t understand normal thinking have a nice day.»
I am truly shocked this company is still in business.

I had hired this service for my wedding on Feb. 18^th, 2012. I had them scheduled to pick me and my bridesmaids up in the morning to drive us to the wedding as well as my family, and I hired them for another two hours in the evening to shuttle guests back and forth to their hotels so no one had to drink and drive. I had a limo reserved to shuttle up to 8 people at a time and scheduled for a specific two hours. The limo guy showed up with a car and stated that he didn’t have the 8 person limo available due to another event (which was not what I paid for)! I was extremely upset. Then he said that he would shuttle people back and forth but at first was hesitant for how long I had booked him, assuming he was just for driving the bride and groom.
After the wedding and before I left the country for our honeymoon, I contacted the service via email with my complaints and still, almost a month later, I haven’t heard from them!
