Was here for an event. Very nice venue off the beaten path. Really enjoyed the variety of beer. The sour ales were particularly nice. The food is reasonably priced and quite good. Also enjoyed the artwork from local artists that were on display.

Good beer selection and yummy sandwiches. I had the pulled pork. Tasty. The bitter creek ale went down well after a day of hikin and geocaching. My buddy had a beer brat. Excellent. It was Sunday afternoon and they were out of a couple of their craft brews. Looking forward to coming back to try those.

Had our geocaching event ending here and what a hospitable place. Staff friendly welcoming and informative as I am not too familiar with beers. Place is set up nice parking good and a worthwhile place to meet up and try some samples. I had the beer brat and it was yummy.

This was hands down my favorite brewery in Lake Tahoe. The place had a great atmosphere to sit and enjoy our flights. I like that they had art work from local artists. Everything was a little out of my price range but it was still nice to enjoy. I wish we hadn’t eaten already because the food looked great and was not expensive.

This place is awesome and offers refuge from the tourist madness which is South Lake Tahoe. Beer is fantastic, and I recommend both the clockwork white ale and aged berlinerweiss sour as they were both super refreshing and tasty. We also ordered the pulled pork sandwich and taco salad — both were ridiculously good. The service here is excellent! Our bartender was incredibly friendly, and let us sample their new sour before it was on the tap menu. The chef was also very nice and gave us pickled veggies to try because he noticed our interest in the pickle jars along the wall. Just a flat out awesome place! Highly recommended.

This micro brewery had only been open a few months. It’s off the main drag(US-50) a block. Great ambiance… we ordered a ‘flight’ of their 8 brews and a plate of their chips and house made beer cheese… WOW! After tasting all their brews I chose their Imperial Stout and my wife their Claunie Farmhouse Ale. For our entrees I had their French Dip and my wife their Triple Play sandwich. We loved everything, and will be back again!

Just a block behind the Main drag, Sidellis Lake Tahoe is a great find. Friendly bartender. Great brews. Happy laid back vibe.

Great service by locals. Locals at the bar, great way to get more into Tahoe’s local scene. Beer is good and can’t wait till more comes out. Good beer, good friends, great atmosphere! Porter is great, amber is one of the best, also have locals rotating taps. Wifi for free. If you are a douche or a hipster try to be cool, this is a locals place.

We choose to come here due to the great reviews and were quite disappointed… You have to order every beer at the bar and your own food at the bar as well and wait inline. The bar is loud and not like a traditional brewery due to the noise level being way too loud. The food was mediocre at best it is stuff you can buy at Sam’s club and make yourself. However their BBQ was actually quite good. Beer 6⁄10 Food 6.5÷10 Ambiance 5⁄10

Don’t judge a book by the cover here. Tucked away on a side street in an older building. Go inside and sample the fine beers here. I’m an IPA fan and they have a good one. But if you like beer I’m sure you will be happy here. Owners and staff super friendly and welcoming to non locals. Food menu excellent and priced right for a pub. Give it a try. I will be back next time in town!

Ok, so let me start off by saying that I plan to update this rating. I went in to Sidellis yesterday for a beer so can’t comment on food yet. The beer is great! Blows away other breweries in Tahoe area, hands down, not even a competition. I tried a few of their brews and their wasn’t a loser in the bunch. The vibe effectively mixes local, vacationer, adult beer spot, but family friendly. Not sure there is anything specific they do to create that but it seems to work. Service is great. While I was there it was a one man show at the bar/tables and getting decently busy but Chris still kept the beers full while making time to talk up the patrons. The location is lacking as it’s basically in a little strip mall and doesn’t have much natural light coming in but not going to take away from the other positives the team can control more easily.

Finally. South Lake deserves a bright, open, inviting brewery! Open since late 2015, this young establishment boasts a killer Amber, experimental sours, and a comfort food menu. We had the flight of 7 beers, and found them to be hit or miss. The Hefe was super light, and the White Ale left a soapy mouthfeel. The Red Tape IPA, however, delivered with a piney hop flavor and a juicy 7.4% finish. The highlights were the OB amber, and the South Shore Sour, a lightly soured Berliner style beer. We ordered the French Dip and the Pulled Pork. While the French Dip delighted with a tasty au jus, the pulled pork was served luke warm, chewy, and without much flavor. I am excited to return. Affordable meals($ 10) and a variety of craft beers is hard to find in this town.

What a cool little spot! This place is tucked away kind of on a side street. It’s a cute little brewery that doesn’t look like much from the outside but is just absolutely gorgeous on the inside! Totally Tahoe style inside with the wood paneling is the wood tables and wood benches. There’s a huge screen that I think is going to be awesome for football and a couple of flat screens at the bar. This place is perfect for all members of the family. The two guys that own it put a ton of love and attention into their food and into their location. Our food came out hot everything is extremely fresh and their ice tea is a little off tick. It’s not your average ice tea. It’s not the lifting kind they really went out of their way to find a nice light Brite ice tea. I can’t wait to come back to try a few more items!

I just can’t get over how top notch this beer is. I don’t even drink beer anywhere else in Tahoe anymore. Something for everyone here. Love love love, the Clockwork White– so damn easy to drink. The Amber, the Porter– totally on point. And the little fancy surprise brews never disappoint. I’m melting over the Mulberry sour! But you know what I love about Sidellis Lake Tahoe(aside from the obvious). It’s that it sure does bring people together. Sitting here, I see a family fresh off the hill, playing uno, munching on a pickle jar and drinking brews; while the kids sip on old school soda bottles. I see locals and tourists, hipsters and headies. Co workers winding down and just as many pre gaming. It’s such a rad blend of people! And I just love it

On a visit to Tahoe, we stopped in to sample some beers and left as fans. Great craft beers and amazing vibe; I’m certain by the time we return, this brewery will have Elite status!

So happy to have a new brewery in town! It really does feel like a «locals» spot. They always have different beers on tap, and so far, I haven’t tried one I don’t love. I’ve only had their French dip sandwich to eat, but it was excellent! I’m sure the rest of their food is great as well, but I’m hooked on that dip! There’s a huge screen to watch whatever big game is on that day. They also have an assortment of board games to play while you enjoy some tasty brews. I love this place and wish them many years of success! Cheers!

–Service is excellent, staff is exceptionally accommodating. Would love to get a membership to be able to use the Sidellis mug, but we are locals and not here enough ;( –Made it to Tahoe in time to watch the first 2quarters of Redskins play against Packers. Beer flight tasting(Hefe, Amber & Port) **first batch in this brewery** for Josh plus Avalon Cab for me, while the kids play board games in this 2week old family-friendly brewery! Will definitely come back here 1.10.16 #MoldreWinterTrip2016

Soft opening really impressed me. The atmosphere is just perfect – modern, classy, but comfortable and welcoming. They had 3 beers on tap for opening, with more coming soon. All three were spot on. This is the bar we’ve been waiting for in South Lake Tahoe. I’m excited to see them continue expanding the beer & food menu. Big congrats to the team here. I put my money where my mouth is and joined their mug club! I foresee many great evenings spent here.
