We would like to heartily recommend Mr. Bill Bergstedt, Tahoe Certified Home Inspections, Inc., the company we used in the evaluation and inspection for the due diligence for our potential purchase of an older home in South Lake Tahoe. We found Bill to be very thorough and diligent in evaluating the property. I personally walked the property with him and noted his observations and findings as he was examining the property. These were extremely helpful for us in reviewing our decision on this purchase. Bill was very easy to work with and open to comments. We found him professionally very competent. His report arrived via email only 1.5 days after the inspection. He invited us to contact him with any questions later if we had any, which we did. Bill was very thorough and patient with discussing his thoughts and reasoning on his detailed report from his inspection, at no additional charge. We felt we really had a partner working with us in assessing the property as we did our due diligence dealing with a potential purchase.

Amazing! Bill was top notch. He was able to get me an appt in under a week which is amazing knowing how hot the Tahoe market is in the summer. He was on time, asked great questions, did an amazingly thorough home inspection for 5 hours with pictures and ample details. Bill Bergstedt was professional and very thorough throughout the process. He showed up early, (a big deal in my opinion). He crawled through the entire attic and crawl space beneath the house.
