White Glove Detailing

INCREDIBLE. I got my 2015 WRX detailed as a birthday gift. First off, Steve called the day before my appointment to inform me «it is scheduled to rain the day of your detail. We can reschedule at your convenience or keep your appointment». I rescheduled for the next day. Second, Steve is very professional, super nice and does an incredible job! He informed me I was his only appointment that day… So he spent SIX HOURS on my car inside and out!!! My car LITERALLY looks BETTER than it was off the showroom! ZERO complaints about anything!!!

I booked an appointment weeks in advance for a full service detail. On the day of the appointment, I contacted Steve, and he told me that his team was busy with another job and couldn’t give me the service I booked, but would send someone over anyway. He showed up over an hour late for the appointment, and he didn’t have the tools to provide the services I requested: no buffer for water spot/​scratch removal, no wire brush to clean the wheels, etc. He did a good job of hand waxing the car, although he left hard water spots on the windows and the sun roof that I had to use vinegar to get off.
To Steve’s credit, he was apologetic, and he offered to come out another day to finish up the car, but I was on vacation in Tahoe and couldn’t fit this into my schedule. He also offered to return the money I paid, but I didn’t think this was fair, given that his worker did come out and perform a service, just not the one I booked.
All in all, I expected more given that I booked so far in advance, but I give two stars for Steve trying to make it right after the fact.

Steve is an honest businessman! I got my jeep detailed from him a while ago he took his time and did a great job! Very thorough and reasonably priced. I would recommend his business to everyone looking for a great job, great person, at a very good price. He’s also very accommodating with where and when.
