I asked for a small hot fudge sundae and requested no nuts or whipped cream. When I received my sundae the server must’ve thought I also requested no hot fudge. There was perhaps maybe a scant teaspoon of hot fudge in the cup. I understand profit margins, losses, etc.; that sundae will be lost revenue because I’ll not return to this Dairy Queen. Seems I passed another soft-serve business just down the street. I’ll support that one next time I get a taste for a sundae.

I’ve never had an issue here. Been coming here for years. They got ice cream. I’d actually prefer Mickey’s that’s right down the street just cuz it’s independent and not chain but sometimes a flurry just isn’t a blizzard lol

Slower than molasses in January. I thought they were milking the cow back there, with how long it took. 2 people ahead of us, and it took 10 minutes… and there were at least 3 workers in there. Yeah, they have a drive through, but… you press down on the handle and fill a cone, right? Or a cup… maybe throw some sprinkles on. Everyone was just moving so slow.
We don’t come here often, usually opting for Mickeys instead. And today was another perfect reason why. If it wasn’t for their addicting S’mores Blizzard, we wouldn’t come at all.
