This company is a joke, you make an appointment, they tell you someone will be out and no one shows up

Called and asked when these guys were going to show up, receptionist said they had already been and gone, done their work and scheduled the Building Department inspection. Got to the space and they had never even been there. No work was done. Is it just me or is it really bad to predicate service based on lies?

South Lyon, MI
Awesome customer service. Had them out last year when my furnace quit in the Winter. Got it up and running in no time. Prices were reasonable too! Came out last month when my water heater quit… once again quick service and reasonable prices.
