Lindsay’s Hometown Pizza

Love going here. Always treated like an old friend. Great food. High quality ingredients goes onto the pizza’s. Love his BBQ! The brisket is juicy and has a great smokey flavor and a side of cheesy potatoes is a must.

I’d like to say this place has delicious pizza and cheesy bread, especially since they were kind enough to give me a «new mover» certificate to try it for free for moving to the area, but alas I cannot. Why?
First, the cheesy bread. Wherever the cheese was lacking sat a dull, dry and nearly flavorless crust. The tomato dipping sauce was ok and tasted similar to Prego.
Now, the pizza. I tried a one-​topping pepperoni pizza. (A standard that can be easily compared with past experience.) I ordered the butter garlic crust, but they forgot to put it on and the crust was relatively bland (even compared to plain crusts at other pizza joints). The flavor of the pizza toppings was ok due to the moderate amount of cheese plus the thin-​sliced pepperoni which is flavorful by nature.
Again, I really wanted to like this place as I hoped to find a homemade pizza spot to frequent and support a local business vs a chain. Guess my quest continues.

Love the pizza and the beef brisket. Often pickup meal from the smoker located in the parking-​lot of the Witches Hat Brewery.
