This McDonald’s is seriously fast in the morning! Also friendly and accommodating. Love the guy who cashes me out at the first window(i’ve seen him there both mornings and evenings), he’s funny and puts a smile on my face. Thanks guys!

I don’t like this McDonalds. Although in the«downtown» city I live, I’m disappointed by the medicre service, slow delivery and lack of specials(for example, the $ 1 any-size-soda they never participated in, or $.49 ice cream cones, etc). I wonder if they’ll do the free-coffee-breakfast-hours promotion during February-March. Anyway, food is typical McDonalds fare. When I went in the last time to get a soda and cheeseburger, I waited over 5 minutes for someone’s McDouble to come out first. And in the meantime there were a bunch of idiots in the back room(by the fryers) that I could hear telling crude jokes and rumors about their weekend nights. I mean, I’m not hoping for much when I step into a McDonalds. But even then it disappointed me.

We ordered inside and were given our drink cups. The guy running the register put the cups upside down on the counter, I told him that was unsanitary and he just glared at me. As we were waiting we noticed he left 2 items off of our order so we had to pay again. AGAIN he puts another cup down upside down on the counter. It took almost 15 minutes to get our food. We leave and go home. When we get home we see that BOTH of the two Chicken Club sandwiches we ordered have NOCHICKEN on them. So then we have to drive all the way back to this location about 12 miles from our home. I ask for a manager and show him the sandwiches and he does not say one word, he just begins ringing in the order again and having it made. He completely ignored us. A female employee was the ONLY one to acknowledge that there had been a problem. The manager acted like a teenager who was pissed off and just slung things around sullenly and refused to speak to us. Speaking as someone who has restaurant experience he is NOT management material but the young lady there who helped us IS. As we were leaving I said«Thank you» to the manager, he turned his back to us just to be rude. So I said«Thank you» again and he just walked away. It was not our fault that our sandwiches were meatless. Had he handled this properly I would not even be writing. This was the worst McDonalds experience EVER. Looking at receipt now I also see we were overcharged on our drinks.

I find myself coming through the drive through here a lot, and they’re always courteous and fast. It’s a MacDonald’s, so the food is consistent, but this place goes above and beyond to be nice.

I come here now and then for my french fry fix. The staff is nice, sometimes pretty funny actually. The dining room is clean. My order comes out accurately. I’m an admitted fry snob, if my fries don’t come out crispy and piping hot I’ve been known to send them back. But they never complain, they never roll their eyes, they just kindly replace them without throwing in my face that I’m a fry brat. I like it here.

I can’t get consistent service at McDonalds in South Lyon. If they get the order right we’re usually so ecstatic but that shouldn’t be a reason to celebrate right? If we place an order we should expect to get that order every time. Here’s an example from today: We ordered McDonalds because of convenience. When we got it home they forgot the butter for the pancakes. But that didn’t really matter because the pancakes were COLD! I had to microwave them. So, not only did our order come missing components, I STILL had to cook it. We moved here 7 years ago and we were so happy that the McDonalds here was so good! It has gone downhill substantially since then. Sometimes we get our order and it is 100% correct. That is how it should always be. If we’re pleasantly surprised it should be because we’re greeted with a friendly voice and a smile, not because our order came out as expected.

Lousy customer service, two of girls working the register acted like it was an inconvenience, no enthusiasm. One in black, the other in burgandy had hair hanging down, fashion statement, not the place. The bathrooms were filthy. visited Friday morning 7÷6÷12
I believe this is a corporate owned location. Fast service, quick/cheap iced coffee. The caffeine still works! I’ve never had a quality issue here either, which is quite surprising considering the pace of fast food.
