Baby Boot Camp

Love the location and the fellow mommies. Came in Thursday for the first time and was afraid and a little apprehensive because it has been a while since the last time I worked out. Christine was super welcoming and nice I joined the class almost right away because I was a little late. After a few moves to warm up I joined the group with the workout of the day. My babies had a blast playing with the other babies and watching their momma sweat and do crazy moves. I enjoyed not being the only mom calling for their child. My three year old made friends with a sweet boy and played while I worked out. My one year old stayed in his stroller and joined me when I was on the mat. The park is small and has a playground for the children to play so when the group moved closer to the playground area I was able to keep an eye on her while I finished. Mommies to be and mommies make up the diversity of this wonderful group. Come check it out!
