Beach Club Salon

Had a Groupon deal for $ 40 to cut, condition, and blow dry. I didn’t wanna cut but Rosendo insisted. I was hesitant but I went with it. OMGEE I am so happy. He gave my hair life and everyone there is so nice.

I found BCS via groupon and am quite pleased. I made an appointment with Lidia for color and cut. Lidia discussed color & asked what kind of a cut I wanted and she had envisioned almost the same cut for me. She loves what she does and it shows — she’s awesome. My hair came out beautifully — both color and cut. I highly recommend seeing Lidia!

It’s taken me 4 years to write this review because I wanted to keep Maggie a hidden secret form the world! I come here specifically to see Maggie, even after moving to Hollywood! I do not trust anyone else, but her, with my eyebrows. I constantly receive eyebrow compliments. They’re on «fleek» lol. Maggie always gives perfect form, is consistent, very pleasant, and open to walk ins. It is on the pricey end ($ 25+ tip), but hey! you get what you pay for! Love you Maggie!!!
I’ve also had a few mani-​pedis here with 2 different manicurists, but have not been 100% impressed.
Most of the people that work here are very nice and welcoming, esp the owner Douglas, Maggie, and the Argentinian hair stylist. They offer you wine, water or tea. I’ve never tried their hair services as I have a loyal hair stylist and the prices at this salon are quite pricey.
Now keep it on the down low!

As I entered the beach club salon, the manicurist guided me to her table. I said, no, I’m here for a pedicure. She said okay, sit here. I said, where are the pedicure chairs? So she says right here at my manicure table. I almost walked. She did my pedicure at her manicure table which is the weirdest I’ve encountered yet. Never again. My feet were in a container of water under her table. This is the review you want for a pedicure at this salon. Pass. Go elsewhere immediately.

Went here after being disgusted with sobe wax.
When I walked in I didn’t feel all that confident, mainly because of the experience I had at sobe wax. Well first off Maggie did my eyebrows and she kept reassuring me she’s a brow expert. I trusted her. The whole process took about 15 minutes. What I like about her is that she waxes little by little unlike other places where I went and they slather wax on to the point when they rip off the wax it feels like your whole face is on the strip. I can official say that I’m happy with my eyebrows and is totally worth the 25 $.
Another note my friend that came with me ended up getting a haircut which was pretty mediocre to me but she loved it so I can’t complain… Her hair cut came out to 70 $.
And if you want to tip bring cash they don’t accept tip on the debit machine.

The most amazing salon you can possibly go to! I have been going here for years and I can honestly say that there has never been one time that I have left unhappy. The place is relaxing, has amazing products, tons of services to choose from, and is extremely clean. Rosendo has been cutting, styling, and dying my hair for as long as I can remember and has always done a great job. I recently got some highlights done and all I can say is that they are absolutely amazing. They matched my base color and skin complexion in a way that they almost look natural. I highly recommend Beach Club Salon! Especially Rosendo!

I can only review this place for eyebrows, but for that it deserves the five-​star rating I’m giving it. I’d overplucked my eyebrows for years, but was scared of waxing them due to a bad experience somewhere else in Miami (they actually removed some skin from my eyelid, ouch).
I found out about Beach Club Salon here on Unilocal,and based on the reviews made an appointment with Maggie. Am I glad I did! There wasn’t much for her to do at first, but she was very understanding about me only wanting her to pluck (not wax). I listened to her advice, let the brows grow in, and went in once every three weeks for shaping. That was four months ago, now everyone has Brow Envy when they look at my eyebrows.
I also finally let Maggie use wax on me, and it was as close to painless as you could get. She’s amazing! If you need help with brow shaping and want them to look good, no need to go anywhere else. A little on the pricey side, and worth every penny.

I finally decided to listen to fellow Unilocalers and see grace for a visit. She got up close and personal but did a fantastic job. She made me feel so at ease. explained everything and did a flawless job! felt like i was talking with one of my girlfriends. She has an awesome personality and i will be definitely looking foward to my next visit with her!

Went here immediately after walking out of Sobe Wax in Sunset and the chongalicious waxer i was assigned to. Best. Decision. Ever. Got a full wax from Grace and she was a wax angel sent from beauty heaven. Clean room (im a germaphobe), patience like a saint (I’m a cry baby), super thorough (im really picky). Found my new wax spot! She does facials as well, and judging by her flawless skin that will definitely be my next appointment.

Maggie for eyebrows is amazing! A bit on the pricey end, $ 25, but well worth it. I have always had problems finding a person who consistently does them good and she is it! Maggie is amazing

Maggie is amazing. I do not trust any other human being on this planet (not even myself) anywhere near my eyebrows.
It’s not just Maggie that’s great about this salon but everyone there. The owner, Douglas, is always in a great mood and tells hilarious stories. My cousin got me to come here when I moved down for school and after 4 years here, I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.

It took me a year to find a wax center in Miami after moving from NYC. I read the two reviews about Grace and decided to give it a try. She is WONDERFUL! The wax was the most pain free wax I’ve ever had (and I used to say that about MaxWax in NYC), she was diligent when dealing with in-​growns, VERY personable, and fast. She also cares a lot about the end result (i.e.; how it looks/​shape) and took care to make sure that I was not only bare where I wanted, but that it looked pretty. I will definitely be returning, and after I move from Miami, I plan to pay her a visit on my trips back here. She truly is one of the best! (And, as an after thought, she is VERY reasonable…$ 40…she could easily charge more). (Regarding w/​c accessibility, I am not sure, the waxing room is up a flight of stairs, and I am not sure if there are main floor provisions).

I’ve had a few horror stories from waxing places (see some of my other reviews), this is not one of those places. Grace is incredible at what she does, and what she does is make you look flawless. Whether it’s an eyebrow shaping (which is one of her specialties) or taking care of your muffin, I enjoy every single visit. I will even go as far as say that Grace makes me look forward to getting waxed. In addition to being an amazing waxer, she’s just a fantastic personality. Whenever I go, its like having lunch with one of my girlfriends, we spend the entire time laughing and cracking jokes, which isn’t always easy considering some of the positions you have to be in. If you want a great wax in a laid back setting, see Grace, your muffin will thank you.

Grace Jimenez is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me. She saved me from the endless toil of shaving and the horror of razor bumps, leaving me flawless and smooth. And by «me» I mean «my vagina». Bikini waxing was a process I avoided for years because every time I would «give it another shot» I would end up screaming in pain and too traumatized to go back. Not the case with Ms. Grace. Our heart-​to-​hearts distract from the painful spots and before I know it, I’m freshly powdered and picture perfect. Grace doesn’t sacrifice comfort, speed or attention to detail. Her prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of work she does and her convenient location means you have absolutely no reason not to get your ass over there immediately. GO!
