When I first got there I thought my experience was going to be a good one. However, it was not. For starters they do your mani and pedi at the same time which is fine, however, it should be comfortable. I felt like an acrobat. I was twisted in my chair, super super super uncomfortable. When asked if I was comfy I said no. Nothing was done about that. I literally woke up with a pain on my left shoulder from having my arm turned so far to the right in a twisted position for an hour! HORRIBLE! The pedi wasn’t too bad, it was fine. The Shellac was god awful!!! One of my nails has a bubble, some of them aren’t even painted all the way to the sides of my nail. I had a french shellac done and the lady messed up when she did the tip of one of the nails and had to go over it again and omg, it looks horrible! you can clearly see where she had to go over it. its looks 3D. The polish isn’t even. It takes bad to another level! I would never go back to this salon even it they offered me a year free of nail services! TERRIBLE!!!

I, too, came here last week after purchasing a Groupon for a shellac mani + pedi. No one greeted me at the front desk but my friend came from the back and took me to the back where one lady was about to start on her. I waited around for awhile and went back to the desk to show the customer service chick my Groupon and she finally checked her computer and saw my reservation. While one lady started my pedicure, another one started my manicure. She must have not been paying attention because she was giving me a regular manicure and got bothered when I showed her my Groupon. Then she complained that they were busy and the shellac took a little longer. Uhhh… so? Suck it up and give me what I paid for, please! All in all, my feet and hands looked great and I’d probably be back again if I get someone New.

I bought the groupon deal for a shellac and pedi. They were super booked, but squeezed me in. It was VERY busy in there, and they did my mani and pedi at the same time. I thought that was weird, and it only lasted an hour. I guess that’s their way of saving cost for the grouponers. Good pedi, shellac is nice. They didn’t provide a hand massage tho. Their prices are expensive. More than nail bar, but they provided me with a come back coupon. Its defiantly worth checking out if you have a discount, otherwise the ambiance is not worth the high prices. $ 40 for a shellac should include a glass of champagne.

I feel really sorry for these girls that have had a horrible experience at LVS. Not only has this salon been around for twelve years, but everyone that works there is wonderful. I have come to this salon since I was an 8 year old, and I am now 20. Never once have I had a complaint or a bad experience. I would never go to another salon if I was paid to. My hair has always been exactly the way that I have wanted it, every stylist there has the experience and the talent to do whatever you ask for. I reccomend that these girls give the salon another chance, just because one stylist wasn’t up to standards, doesn’t mean that this salon is as terrible as they say.

The salon is great. Modern, good products, great location. Just avoid DIANE. I had beautiful waist long hair that EVERYONE complimented, I told the stylist Diane DONOTCUTLENGTH, DONOTCUTLENGTH, she even got bothered I repeated it so much and what did she do… she chopped it off, 5 inches! My hair is ruined. Seriously my eyes are watering as I type this. I should of got up and walked away when she spent the entire time criticizing my current cut, which she said was«outdated» yet it looks just like all the current styles for long hair, and she stated«its not your fault, Miami stylists don’t know how to cut hair», apparently now Boston is the fashion meca of the world. I’m going to stay quiet as to how her hair looks like… use your imagination. Its a shame cause the salon is nice and in a great area. Now I need to beg my old stylist to fix my mess and at least a year to grow the 5 inches she cut off! :-(I hope this review saves a couple of long haired girls from a hair massacare.

My daughter saw a great Dealtificate for this salon for halo highlights, cut AND blow out for $ 45. It was too good to pass up so we took the chance since it wasn’t our regular salon and went. On our way there we encountered a traffic jam on the Dolphin(only in Miami at 3:15PM do you find a traffic jam on Saturday) so we called to let them know that we would be late and they were super cool with that which was a plus. Once in we were helped with a super smile and great attitude. Diane was my stylist and she worked some major magic on my hair. The highlights were perfect! Just PERFECT! The cut great, and yesterday everyone at the Unilocal event commented on how amazing my hair looked! Plus, after I washed it out the cut also looked amazing curly. Now that’s the signature of a good stylist who is listening to what a girl wants! Great place, great service!
