My Vida Spa

I received a fat cultivation treatment at My Vida Spa, and I must tell you that they exceeded all of my expectations! Norkys was amazing and as kind as ever. Lily the manager greets you with a welcoming smile and makes you feel like home! I will def be going back for An ilipo treatment! They also do facials, manis and pedis! One stop shop for all of our girly needs! I love it here and would def recommend this place to all of my friends.

I really love coming here for my facials, they are extremely professional and relaxing, is nice to know that they use all natural products. It’s amazing the change and improvement on my face. I went to other places and you notice the difference on the results.

My Vida Spa is the best! They have customized a special package according to my needs, combining i-​lipo, cavitation and radio frequency.

I absolutely love this spa. It’s really relaxing, super clean, and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable in their service and technics. I will definitely be coming here often. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

It will be hard to choose which therapy to start with but even if all you have is your lunch time, choose the 40 minute tension reliever, it will be totally worth it. Ask them to add a few drops of aromatherapy… OMG, make it a Friday pay day treat… You may not want to go back to work. I took a friend for her birthday and we «both» loved it. Today I had an AMAZING Hot Bamboo Massage. Lisa is so Fantastic. She is extremely professional and has the BEST touch. The pressure was perfect. She also gives you stretches you can do at home to help with problem areas. I had such a Fabulous experience today I can’t wait for my next massage!!! I highly recommend her service.

I had a facial here last week as a walk-​in and my face looks and feels fantastic! The spa was very clean, staff was friendly and I did not have to wait. I did have the misfortune in missing the Jurassic park music though. I definitely will be returning soon!

Apparently, the owners have changed… I called a few times, no one answered, even during business hours… will have to find a new place for a massage… good bye Phillipe…

Okay, so I waited three months before writing this. I had been given two gift cards for this spa by the now previous owner Liza Bolufe. Liza was amazing and had great customer service skills and knew the importance of networking in Miami to make her business successful. Prior to selling the business she issued two gift cards for me.
I have been trying to use them and calling Vida Day Spa for over two months, leaving messages and speaking to staff members who have given me a run around. I was told that they had no record of the cards so I «had to prove they were issued to me” — so I did. I forwarded the emails from the previous owner who assured that the new owner «Angie» would be great to deal with and honor all cards that were still out there (not redeemed).
So here is the point: I mentioned I was getting married and wanted to use them and interested to try them out. Zero follow up and actually I am baffled that a business wouldnt welcome a new client. I was eager to try the place. But at this point, I know they dont care to create new relationships or good business practices.

Let me start off my saying I LOVED my esthetician Claudia. She was kind, funny and did a really good explaining the process. This is not a review about her performance, in fact, the two stars are ALL her, if not this review would have ZERO stars.
I honestly don’t understand how they can charge $ 125 for this facial. If it wasn’t for Groupon (which I initially purchased as a gift for my mother’s birthday that she never used), I would have been even angrier and felt more ripped off than I do now.
If we start out with five stars one would be taken off for the giant water stain on the roof tiles I had to stare at while getting my facial. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I had to stare at it for 60 minutes (not 75 as advertised) while I listened to the Jurassic Park theme song and Metallica acoustic, weird choice in music.
Another star was lost for constantly pushing me to buy merchandise during my entire visit. I’m trying to relax, I was unaware I’d walk into a Mary K– like demo.
The final star was wiped off the earth when the «mask» was placed on my face. This pre-​cut mummy-​like mask was left on for 12 minutes and it was all over. Where was the red wine and champagne? I sure hope it was not those stupid stones that were passed though my face for 2 minutes.
Overall, the owner really needs to do a double-​take of the service s/​he is providing to his/​her customers because it definitely does not resemble what was advertised.

The massages and facial are by far the best I have gotten. Felipe has magical hands! Definitely worth recommending!
