Even though it’s been around for three years, I just found out today that there are *TWO* Dunkin’ Donuts operations in South Orange. The one I knew (and most people know about) is the one off the avenue by the train station, but there is another and apparently it’s been in SHU since 2012!
The entrance is off the second floor promenade at Walsh Library on the Seton Hall University campus. It’s run by Gourmet Dining, LLC (same group that does food services for Kean), so it’s not a standalone, independent DD… but it sure looks like it! All the décor and finishing is straight up Dunkin. Like, you’re at the library, you turn a corner, you see those colors — orange and hot pink — and that dark brown, wood finishing, and then all of a sudden you’re in Dunkin Donuts!
I thought it’s a real nice set-​up and was clean (cleaner than many DD’s I’ve walked into). Overall, it’s legit. So if you’re ever on campus and are in need of some coffee, this is your place.
