Easily the worst banking experience of my lifetime.
The bank accepted my paperwork for deposit of a large some of money and refused to allow me to use the same to make a small withdrawal.
I had been only making deposits for a few years because I was utilizing pnc as a savings bank and they are not really in the city.
I had an emergency and needed 10k, a small portion of what was on deposit.
I had never ever made a withdrawal and was now being told I could not make it.
They cut off my access to my money and only said I could not make a withdrawal, when in fact they rendered the account completely no access.
I had the banking commission deal with them&went right back to Citibank.
They are not nice people and the New Jersey banking commission sided with me.
