Service has deteriorated. I purchased what I thought was a new box for shipping and packaging something for my sister. What she received was in a large old diaper box! Very embarrassing for her, and me. Later, I wanted to ship something expensive. They told me they would cut down a box to fit it and ship it later. I wanted to see the final product –which they were going to charge $ 8 for(just the box!), but they wanted me to just leave the gift loose and trust them. There was no one else there, and two clerks, but they would not accommodate me. I left. Frankly, I got lovely service at the post office, where I was directed to a box, permitted to package and tape my priority package, and mailed it with confidence for less than half of what The UPS store would have charged. They frankly could care less whether you get good service or even shop there.

WORSTRETAILEXPERIENCEEVER! Seriously, I’m so easy going, but this store not only made an error with returning my package to the sender, the owner, George, acted like I was lying about the whole thing. When I asked him to help me with the package, he said, «Call UPS. I’m not UPS, I just own this store.» Then he said that he would not appologize for the misunderstanding because that would mean that his associates have made a mistake… so I must be lying about ordering the package to be delivered there. I called UPS later today to track the package, and they said the store still has it! They haven’t even returned it yet! Will come back with updates, but this is so frustrating!

I do all my packaging here. The staff is very accommodating and there is the cutest schzitzu poodle names Bambu that also works there. The owner is always in the building and I do get the small business vibe, which I love.
