Stopped in for a couple of slices after an appointment at a school across the street. Excellent service and the pizza was hot with the right amount of sauce and cheese. The place is not much to look at but when you’re only spending a few minutes in a place, who cares. I will return when in the area.

John’s Pizzeria made my Superbowl 50 even better! They had a really awesome Super Bowl special: 2 large pies, 10 garlic knots, 10 buffalo wings, and 22L sodas for a really great deal. Everything was really good. It took about 15 min to wait for everything but hey they had Arcade games while I waited. Ah the best throwback ever!

It’s a disappointment to see how the business has changed over the years. This place used to be packed with customers. The staff used to be very friendly, and family oriented. After the last 4 visits I am sad to say that those days are over. Waited over 40 minutes for 2 regular pies after they gave away my order twice to customers that just walked in. The pies that were given to me weren’t in place and cheese was on cardboard box. The pie itself seemed like it was sitting and warmed up. Then they didn’t want to accept a slightly ripped $ 20. Side note I prefer to only eat Italian pizza especially in the community to support small businesses but this time I should have settled for some untraditional Dominoes.

Glad I found this place. Was passing through and wanted to get something to eat. I stumbled on to this pizzeria and it was a great throwback. Arcade games and very friendly guy behind the counter. The pizza was on point and the service was also. They said it’s been around since the 60’s and I believe it. It seemed like a place everyone knows your name as the customers and employees joked with each other.

Great pizza. Tastes very good! Nice and friendly staff. We liked the toppings on our pie very much.

Absolutely horrible! Never order pizza from here. My pie that was delivered was one sloppy, mushy, cheese-thrown everywhere piece of crap. You wouldn’t feed it to your dog kind of shit. I couldn’t believe it. Their response: «Just put it in your oven and re-heat it. No refund, sorry.» I’m sorry I ever ordered from this place. Pizza bad, customer service the worst.

The pizza sucks. Anyone who says it’s good doesn’t know a thing about real pizza. I decided to give it another try after so many years because I was hungry. Big mistake. I’m now eating at Popeyes. This mom and pop flop gotta go!

The place is pretty nice and has arcade games to play while waiting for pizza. Their pizza is pretty good and on Tuesday its $ 7 for an ENTIRE pie! And delivery is free! Although I usually tip the delivery guy. Sometimes their pizza can be «the best pizza ever!» but other days it’s cold, hard, burnt, and very little cheese on top. But most of the time it’s pretty good. In 2005 for my sisters 9th birthday, we took her here with friends and family and did the party here! It was fun, but I’m not sure they do that anymore. So before you order a Dominos Pizza, order from here first!

Terrible experience… ordered $ 30.00 worth of food for delivery… and received $ 15.00 worth… very small plates… ordered linguine w/garlic/oil, received spaghetti with oil… zero garlic… ordered 2 side dishes of meatballs, received 2 meatballs cut up into 8 pieces… the rest of the order was also very lackluster… sorry guys, but you have to do better then that… especially with romeoe’s and sofia’s in the neighborhood…

With a name like«John’s Pizzeria» you might think you’re getting the standard«pie» from the good state of New York. Well think again. The only thing I enjoyed about their menu and my order was their hours. My delivery experience was very lackluster. The food took eons to arrive(nearly an hour and half), they failed to give me a receipt so I couldn’t see how much everything I ordered was(how a plain large pizza, a soda, and small fries ended up being $ 20 I don’t know), they forgot my soda and had to come back(after closing time). On top of that, we ended up dubbing the bland fries«grease sticks» because that’s what they resembled(see picture — that’s not camera tricks, it’s just that shiny from all the grease). I wish I could say the pizza redeemed all the other short comings but really that would be a lie, there was nothing special about the cold lump of dough and cheese I purchased. I love supporting local chains but when they put out service and product as half-assed as this, it’s no wonder the bigger guys get more business. In short, order from another pizza place or don’t order at all.
