This location has been under new ownership for a while and is due for a well deserved positive review. I had nothing but good experience when coming here. The new owners are always pleasant and friendly. They always make sure that you know all of their upcoming promotions. Whether you buy one scoop or a whole bunch of ice cream, they sure show their appreciation. One experience that stands out is when someone accidentally left their wallet at home and was not able to pay for their ice cream, instead of being annoyed, the owner was like just come back and pay me next time and buy some more ice cream! An uncomfortable situation turned out not to be so awkward after all. The service is quality. Ice cream is good. Shared parking.

This is a nice little store. It’s a Baskin Robbins like any other, but what makes it just a bit better is the service of kind people behind the counter — they make for a nicer visit. I’ve enjoyed fund raisers here, too. Gather a group and the ice cream eating experience is that much better.

Not being overly fond of candy, I used to come and get a 31 below with banana and strawberries. The old owners made it for me every week when I came in. The new owner claims that his blender won’t mix bananas. But I think it more likely that fruit is simply more expensive than candy.

Ended up around the corner at instead. All the fruit I wanted on my soft serve ice cream there. Well worth the few cents to design my own dish.

The old owners took much better care of the customers than the new ones. I don’t go here anymore.

Cool little ice cream shop that is second to thrifty ice cream. Came in after having some Carmines food and wanted something sweet before a friend and I made a movie night at home. Staff was attentive and a very large selection of pre packaged ice cream quarts. Under $ 11 bucks we got enough ice cream for four people. Parking is a hit and miss since it shares parking with both Carmines and the little strip mall. A block or two from the 110 freeway is a nice touch to get some ice cream.

I saw the worker swivel his balls into my boyfriends vanilla shake. 5 star. We’ll be back tomorrow.

Usual Baskin Robbins with odd people working there. Sometimes the people at this chain are not the kind of people that you might think would be serving ice cream to children primarily all day and night. Guess another family bought it so they all serve the ice cream now. Wish they would update the place — weird, colorful and outdated decorations and clean it up a bit too. Kind of dirty which makes me want to take my ice cream to go every time. A spruce would go a long way! I enjoyed the Nutty Coconut flavor which I hadn’t had before. It’s not the highest quality ice cream but my little brother likes to come here so not so bad I won’t get any. Just very artificial and will start to taste like nothing overtime. Parking is easy in the private strip mall lot.

Came here to order a full quart of hand-packed seasonal Cotton Candy ice cream. It is a seasonal flavour and not available in all stores, so I called before I arrived. Someone assisted me quickly on the phone and I showed up and placed my order. The server who helped me really packed the quart fully, so I really appreciated that. The service was prompt and cashier was very nice. A bit expensive for ice cream but it’s Baskin Robbins — what do you expect? I don’t mind paying the price for quality ice cream that is seasonal. :) The parking structure can be packed but was no problem for me since I went at a time when it wasn’t so busy. There is NO outdoor seating. Only indoor seating and the store is not that big. Overall, clean environment and great service. Would come again.

Worst baskin Robbins in the history of baskin Robbins. The owner is horrible. He only hires women. He leaves waffle comes out overnight so god knows how old the ones on display are. Do not recommend gong here for ice cream I’d rather go to the one in old town.

I’m an ice cream connoisseur and never judge a shop by the cover. From homemade to commercialized ice cream, I eat it all! I stopped by on MYBIRTHDAY since I had a coupon for a free scoop. My fiancé and I discussed whether or not to just order more and share, but decided to just go with the free scoop. I asked for a scoop of chocolate chip in a cup and sugar cone on top(never a problem anywhere nor an extra fee for both cup and cone). First, the older Asian gentleman got infuriated with me when I showed him the coupon at the register. Lecturing me in a not-nice tone that there’s a difference in scoop size for the free one and the one he actually scooped me. Ok, I get it, say it nicely. Customer service also includes educating your customer NOTSCOLDING them. Then I apologized as he kept saying how I should’ve showed him right when I walked in. Then he charged me an additional 20 cents for the cone. Nowhere in all of freakin ice cream land do they charge for a sugar cone or a cake cone! I paid the damn change and proceeded to get out of there as quickly as possible. I can’t let cranky pants Baskin Robbins man rain on my bday parade now!

Never had a bad experience here. Service is always friendly and the icecream is… Baskin Robbin’s icecream. Parking is alittle cramped but there is always a space somewhere in that shopping plaza. I actually prefer this place to Fosselman’s.

I love BR ice cream. Rich flavors, if a bit more artificial seeming than some other ice creams. I’m not sure if that’s true or it’s the bright colors and bold flavors that make it seem that way. I have favs: World Class Chocolate and Gold Medal Ribbon, as well as their amazing Turtle Pie! The kids who work here and typically friendly and helpful, if not really well trained(i.e. the young man last night rested his hand on the inside top of my ice cream pint lid. Hopefully his hands were clean, but not good form.) The ice cream selection is plentiful. It’s not really a place were I like to eat-in due to the close quarters and bright light, but I usually order take-out. Just be careful in the parking lot, those spaces are tiny. If you’re in the neighborhood, just walk. There’s nothing like walking to the ice cream store for a cone on a warm summer night. That never gets old :)

This place has been around for sooooooo long that of course I’ve been quite a few times. It’s on the small side and outdated and not always the cleanest. The young hired help are not always very helpful. I do enjoy the older couple(owners) when they are running store. It isn’t the best Baskin Robbins but it’s okay and since it’s in the neighborhood I’m going to end up there. The nicest Baskin Robbins I’ve see so far is on the East side of Pasadena near Whole Foods. They have so many more options and a variety of products… including my favorite(choco –bananas) :)

My son really wanted rocky road ice cream, we ordered a cone($ 2.41) and found two hairs in the ice cream. We had already been driving for ten minutes and it was not worth turning around to complain about it. Just sad that I have to write his review.

Amidst a sea of frozen yogurt joints(yuck!), Baskin Robbin is a lifesaver! Obviously there are waaaaaaaayyyyy better and less expensive ice creams out there, to deny this would just be just plain BANANAS, but Baskin Robbins has delicious ice cream, they’re consistent, and they’re everywhere! That’s why I love this company! Consistency!!! The workers here are as friendly as every other Baskin Robbins I’ve been to. Parking can suck but go ahead and stress out about it, the ice cream will taste that much better! Oh and, FREE ice cream on your brr-day! Sign up online! PEANUTBUTTERANDCHOCOLATE ftw!!! FYI, don’t ever ever ever ever ever order the«cookies ‘n cream» milkshake, it’s absolutely the WORST shake ever created!!! If you must have a shake($ 5 and up) get the OREO shake please! They CAN make it, trust me!

I went here recently with my little cousin to use my free b-day coupon! If you like BR or like free stuff, you can sign up to be on their b-day mailing list to get a junior scoop of ice cream. This family run store was clean and neat. I do like how they have a few tables inside for you to eat your ice cream in a nicely AC environment, if attempting to eat your treat on the go do get a cup, that way you don’t end up with a drippy, sticky mess all over your hands in 10 seconds. The owner of the company was a slight grumpy-gus when I asked to sample a few flavors and showed him my free coupon. But warmed up when I actually made purchase for my my little cousin. We aren’t juvenile delinquents! =T Really the owners are nice, because they were patient in explaining flavors to an older lady with a hearing problem. The daiquiri ice flavor I selected was straight up gross, my little cousin recommended it but it tasted like plastic and very chemical. It was so gross I couldn’t finish it. I don’t know if it was they way they made the mix that day or that’s how that flavor is supposed to taste, but would not be eating that flavor again. The flavors of BR don’t wow me, and the quality is just average to me. For average ice cream for cheap I rather get a quart at Rite-Aid. The next time I will probably go to a BR is next year when I get another free b-day coupon. =p This place is prob. popular with kids since they have souvenir ice cream cups in the shape of baseball caps with a variety of team logos.
