Their bean curd in brown sauce may be the best tofu dish I’ve had. The savory tofu is firm — almost with a paneer-​like texture. The brown sauce is rich but not overpowering. And the rice… well, it’s actually just kind of rice.
I suggest you order it when hungry or share it with a friend. It’s delicious freshly prepared, but doesn’t hold up to a reheat.

Had take-​out from there for the first time, and it was OUTSTANDING.
Flavorful, with excellent textures!
Since I’m picky (and always leery of cleanliness) I check State health inspections before I walk in a door!!!
I am not easily satisfied, but will recommend this place.
