By far one of the dirtiest Jamba juices I have gone into. Trash on floor and counter. Messy sink. Dirty galss, nice employees though. A little more engagement would be nice.

Service is usually very slow here and when we went in to get a ginger shots at 8 pm, they turned us away saying they already sanitized the machines. Already? We had to drive all the way to jamba juice in Pasadena, Lake ave to get our ginger shots. :(

Can’t believe how incompetent the employees r been waiting for my drink over 30 minutes and what’s worst people who came after me r done before me. Very frustrated

Need a smoothie on the way to the 110? This is the perfect place! I love places on the way to the freeway, so you don’t have to go off your route. I love being efficient! Haha. Don’t forget to enter your phone number to gain Jamba Insider points.

Slowest workers in the world. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for my drinks. Still waiting. If I could give them no stars then I would.

Refreshing and delicious drinks. This store is on the small size so not much space to move when it gets busy. Servers are pretty nice and will make your drink as fast as possible. Sign up for their insider card. Oatmeal is also very tasty!

Clean, good spot, nice employees, and drinks are always what you expect. They have a lot of options if you look at their menu. I ordered a kale smoothie and it was good quality. I don’t come here often but I never leave disappointed.

Pretty sure they shouldn’t be dismantling aluminum racks and scraping gunk off the wall with carpentry knives a foot away from blenders that are currently in use, but glad I saw it before I ordered.

Jamba juice used to be my favorite drink shop until all these random boba shops, juiceries started popping up… they offer a variety of drinks from fresh juices to smoothies and breakfast oatmeals topped with fruits. Its been a while since I’ve been to one so I decided to pop into a random one. Employees were friendly. I ordered a orange banana juice, something they’ve never seen apparently, because nobody seemed to know how to make it or ring it up @@?! I used to order this a lot(back in the days… so I thought it was on the menu?). Anyway, the employees tried their best to figure out my drink and even gave my daughter a mini kids cup filled with extras when I only asked for an extra cup. A nice little gesture as a little goes a long way ;) The juice itself tasted delicious with all those fresh squeezed super sweet oranges and a hint of banana(just the way I like it with only a tad bit of ice). The store itself is small but has a few tables for people to hang out in front. If you do get hungry there are a few fast food places in the plaza as well as a market.

Jamba Juice has the same prices and same menu wherever you go. What sets this location apart from others is the consistently bright staff and the care they put into making your order just right. They answer questions with a smile, even the stupid ones. In fact, when I moved into the area, I stopped by nearly every morning for a month to get smoothies for my renovation crew. Someone always offered to help carry my large order to the car! What a great team at this location! Sure, it’s pricey. But to me, knowing that I’m going to get a smile along with my healthy snack or meal on the go is completely worth it! Tip: If you’re not feeling like a health nut, try the peanut butter chocolate smoothie! It’s pure and simple and soooo good for a splurge!

Jamba juice is from California WOW California Awesome!!! Anyway I dont go to here all the time cause Its PRICEY for the same type of smoothie that you can made it yourself at home. Its not the same taste but at least close to it. I am 88% percent confident about it. I always get the berry smoothie and honestly it will take about 10 purchase to understand the taste and everything. Latest inspiration I got is to add little bit almond and chia seeds. This place is awesome with serving breakfast such as bagels and pretzel(seasonal). The staffs are patience and helpful. Will come back for now on for pressed juice only LOL

I’d say that this place is at best small and mediocre, friendly service makes up for it though. I recommend getting the mango a go go, a personal favorite of mine

I come to this Jamba Juice for my protein workout smoothies and occasionally a quick bite to eat. I love this place! The staff has mostly been good and always greets me with a smile. I support this Jamba because of their dedication to service and customer satisfaction. I have gotten better service at this Jamba than almost every other juicing/smoothies place. Whenever I have a small complaint about my drink or food, they fix it immediately. They’re seriously great. Drinks – they’re a bit on the pricier side, but nothing like the outrageous prices that other juicing places might charge, like Grassroots. Jamba tastes awesome and delicious – recommend for pre or post workout smoothies.

Dropped in here on a Sunday afternoon around 4ish after visiting Garfield park. 5 team members were on staff and all seemed to be busy doing something other than serving. Cleaning, stocking, something technical with the register. It took a while to be asked what I wanted. For me, that wasn’t an issue as I was just killing time, but as others came in I could see their frustration. Everyone was helpful enough and certainly polite. Parking: they share a parking lot with Von’s so parking should never be an issue.

As a South Pas resident it’s unfortunate that we go out of our way to the Pasadena store instead of coming to our own JJ on Fair Oaks. Yesterday we decided to try it again and it was disappointing and disgusting. First off, our drinks weren’t made right and since they are always the same and always consistent elsewhere I knew it wasn’t correct. I hesitated to ask for them to be remade because they were busy but we spent about $ 20 and wanted them made right. When I asked the first time it wasn’t well received and the guy(I didn’t catch his name) asked me «what size»? The size was the same as the one I handed him, right? Secondly I had to tell them that the trash was completely overloaded so obviously no one was checking it. By overloaded I mean there were piles of cups on top of each other and spilling over on the floor. I even watched people add to the pile instead of advising that it was full. We sat there for 45 minutes out side and nothing was done about it = gross. Finally when I took the baby’s drink up they were better about it(asking what was wrong with it) but it still made me uncomfortable, as if we did something wrong. I was told someone was training and I am patient with those types of things but the overall appearance of the store wasn’t as clean and friendly as it is elsewhere. I won’t be back with my family.

This Jamba is at a great location however parking here just to get a quick smoothie or juice can be a hassle. My experience here has not been consistent. Sometimes the staff is super nice and then other times, they are pricks. This is the only Jamba location where sometimes they’ll take the BOGO coupon on the phone and sometimes they say no because they need the print out. I’ve never had this yes/no dilemma at any other Jamba, so management is probably not very good at training all their employees.

I love Jamba Juice, but I’m so not thrilled with the service at this store. Different faces every time– You know what that means, inexperienced new persons on board all the time. Learn as they serve. And it’s no coincident that the waiting is usually very long. I waited 16 minutes for a large orange carrot juice. The person took my order was overwhelmed with the incoming orders. The pitcher with orange juice was sitting under the juicer for 10 minutes while he went on to make drinks for people ordered after me. As I reminded him and the other clerk, he mumbled something to me and said to the other clerk that she should’ve reminded her… Well, if you took the order yourself, you should be your own reminder. There was another time that the store ran out of oranges on a Sunday. A juice store ran out of oranges is like… a faucet ran out of water. As I debated in my head to alter my order, I heard the most ridiculous excuse– there was a shortage of orange in California! C’mon, do you really think customers were that stupid? There’s a Von’s and a Pavilion next to your store. There were oranges stacked in the fresh produce area! For people to pay $ 6.49 on a cup of juice, there needs to be decent service and shorter waiting.
