Me and my Mom frequent this place a lot, sometimes we come here and they are a lil a Stingy with servings that’s why I give it a 4, today me and my mom felt like some Panda, so we go in and we are greeted by this girl name Lluvia, she is AWESOME!!! Not only was she polite and courteous she gave us the appropriate amount of food, she has a great attitude and great energy! My mom loves her she enjoys seeing her, the other guys working the register and a guy name Jorge were also great LLUVIA is doing a great job and we really enjoyed our visit to Panda Express.

I came here after a 4 hour job training(ugh!) and I was starving. The parking spaces in the back are very convenient although small. The porch outside was a nice touch as well although we couldn’t use it due to the rain. Once inside, we ordered as usual. The employees were very nice and the seating area was clean although small. They also have hot & sour soup at this location(something not found at the locations near my home) which was nice for the cold weather and it tasted pretty decent. The food was good although the white rice I got tasted very burnt from the bottom(maybe the last of it?) and I didn’t appreciate that. The restrooms could have been cleaner and it’s only one unisex restroom(maybe explains the dirtiness of it). This location is nice to stop by and get a quick bite to eat(like I did) and they have parking + clean eating area which is always a plus.

I’d like to start this review with a sarcastic, «thank you for the spoon. » Ordered a soup and got chopsticks and a fork to eat it with. The attention to detail for the rest of the meal was at an uncompromising level of inattention. At least they remembered the fortune cookie for my to-go order. I told my work mate that maybe 2.5 stars was an indicator for quality, she sighed and said, «give it a chance. » Ordered a chicken breast entrée, a soup and mixed veggies. They filled the box with veggies except for the two small squares at the top. Those spaces were reserved for AIR and a little bit of the entrée. I was/am madder than a sailors monkey that stubbed it’s toe. I’ll leave out the more colorful language while hopefully informing you that this place shouldn’t survive in a normal market driven economy. The tofu in the soup that I had to drink like a 3 year old and sip at because I couldn’t be trusted with a SPOON, looked like it went into a blender and won. It had scratches from the fight but would not let that from keeping itself together. I’m including a picture. Quantity was great of your side was veggies, all others below sub-average. Attention to detail: zero. Thanks for the fortune cookie. I will let market forces do the work and will not return. Skip this location and visit the next one on the list.

I hadn’t been to this location in so long because the service was always so poor. Today I realize that not only is the service still awful but the portions are half of what they used to be. The old bait n’ switch… The only way to prevent them from getting away with it is to stop visiting the establishment. Good riddance, Panda…

Serving sizes are stingy as hell. The whole point of panda is large portions of mediocre Chinese food. Not worth $ 8 if they don’t fill it up

This panda sucks the food had almost no flavor compared to all the other panda restaurants i have been too. The employees are not nice we had to wait about 10 minutes for a dish… When it was ready they brought the bag to me with no forks didn’t even ask if i wanted soy sauce. What was most annoying is while i was eating people were in line for close to 15 minutes waiting on food most of the right side of the steam table was empty. Won’t be back!

I usually go to this panda express since it’s the closest to my house.(The other one is on main and that’s too much of a hassle to go to) I’ve always had a decent service here until today when I asked for my usual Chow mein, orange chicken and sweet fire chicken breast. I assumed the workers knew how to do their job and didn’t check the box when I left. When I got home I realized they only put Chow mein and orange chicken. They didn’t put my sweet fire chicken breast. I checked the receipt and they charged me for it so I had to drive back(13 minute drive) just so they can put my chicken in there. One would assume one they would complete the order I mean THEY’RELOOKINGATTHEFOOD how can they mess up like that? I was pretty mad. They didn’t offer me another serving or an egg roll, nothing. You’d think after they mess up big time like that they’d offer you something.

There are two managers one Hispanic and one oriental manager the Hispanic is very generous when serving good size portions for all customers that visit when she is out front the Asian manager is very stingy when serving small portions I ordered teriyaki chicken she gave me two small pieces and I ordered orange chicken she gave 4 small pieces and very little chowmein I can’t believe why there portions are so small we are paying a good amount of money and leavings this place still hungry I am not the only one complaining about this something needs to be done about this i am tired of going there and leaving still hungry

Not my first time here. But today I experienced the worst service ever. Hope they look at there staff cause us customers deserve a greeting at least. My order was a total failure. I had to go back in for my forks and sauce they didn’t even asked if I wanted any. Usually with my kids meal I get a fortune cookie not today.

Avoid this place if you can. The manager there has a weird way to treat customers. Manager there tries to serve a very small amount of food. Anyone who has been there know what I am talking about. She intentionally tries to scrimp as much and instructs the staff to do the same. The food was very cold and was getting looks from the manager as if I was loitering. It is clear they give the second class treatment to their customers.

If I could give NO stars I would. Just had lunch here and it took 5 minutes for my food to get down the line and there wasn’t anyone in front of me and I wasn’t waiting on the food. The staff has no idea what they are doing and there is a major leadership problem here. The staff is trying, but they have no idea what to do or where to go or who to serve next. The portion sizes were tiny and absolutely ridiculous, I almost asked for seconds for free. 2 pieces of broccoli wasn’t cutting it. The rice tasted completely horrible and the chow mien tasted like butter and soy sauce… nasty! I’m terribly disappointed and will not be returning! Management needs to get their business in order and retrain their staff. They have potential but need the guidance and please train the cook… again.

Usually their food is consistent Panda Express quality, but their Orange Chicken on 4÷2÷15 at 12:40pm has a burned taste to it. If you burn even part of a batch of food, the smokey burn taste(along with the additional carcinogens) are going to contaminate the whole batch. Don’t be cheap and sell the rest to your customers!

The service is quick but unfortunately all the comments on small portions is true. I’m not sure if it’s because they are rushing or if they do it intentionally. They definitely give much smaller portions than any other Panda Express I’ve been to. Maybe it’s just me but I’m not used to seeing so much of the bottom of the carton once the food is on it. Also, I’m not sure what their excuse is for filling one of my cups halfways. Unfortunately, it was to go and I didn’t catch all this until I was already gone. Food is good as long as you don’t mind getting 25% less food for the same price. And watch your drink, there’s no reason they can’t fill the cup up.

It’s all about customer service, it was the best! It was full but the three people there were friendly and working their butts off. As always food was great! Should have come here yesterday.

Why are people downvoting Panda Express for being Americanized fast food Chinese when we’ve known that for 20+ years? I was a teen when the first Panda Express started to pop up, and it’s ALWAYS been known that the food is not authentic Chinese. If you want authentic Chinese food, find one of hundreds of restaurants in San Gabriel Valley. The times I manage to have to eat here or pick up something here, the food is consistent and always fresh. I have no complaints about what it is. The worst thing about this Panda Express is the rude customers!

This place smells like… paint? artificial plastic-y things upon walk in. Would not dare to try any food. Bad service.

Talk about slow service. I arrived around 4 pm and there were 2 people ahead of me. One of the employees was taking her sweet time scooping the food and placing it on the plate. I told her my order and it took her what seemed like forever to give me my plates. It’s fast food lady.
