The employees here are extremely NICE and professional. I say this because when i came here I was with my mom. She is in a walker and had to go to the bathroom before I out in our order. They have a key code to access the bathrooms now. When I asked for the code they didnt hesitate to give it to me even though I had yet to order. I mean for all they know i could have just came to use the bathroom. Anyhow aside from this there was a disturbed man trying to order and he made quite a fuss. He ordered and then retracted his order and asked for his money back. The employees kept calm, responded to him and at the same time appeased him so he would leave. It was evident that this person could have become agitated very easily. He kept saying«I’m not mad.» Such a contradiction to his raised voice when the barista told him how they normally prepare a drink he requested. He totally raised his voice in disagreement and adamantly. Could have turned very ugly but those employees did a great job.

I went today Dec 29 in the morning… Bad customer service! She doesn’t really care about her job, I think all she’s waiting for is the payday check!

I guess ones expectations should be lowered when visiting a Starbucks inside a grocery store. Of the last 5 times I’ve come here, they’ve been out of my drink 4. Two times it was passion tea and two times it was their new smoothies. The fourth time, I ordered the smoothie and the girl responded«we don’t have those here.» I politely pointed to the menu and said«but it’s on your menu» to which she giggled and said«well it shouldn’t be.» For obvious reasons, I won’t be back.

Just 10 days into their ‘Christmas Blend’ promo, and they don’t serve it after Noon? WTF? Maybe this location got a smaller load of the Blend than other stores did.

I appreciate the formulaic approach to Starbucks. In life, which is nothing but inconsistency and change, Starbucks is a safe haven of formulaic«Hi how are ya?» and drinks that are made the same way every time, every where, with only slight deviations occasionally. This store was fine.

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside Pavilions. I come here once a week or less and I was impressed how Eleni remembered my name;) Great drinks and great service. Keep up great job;)

**** Best Coffee Shop Crew in LA I am known as the«the other tea lady» at my favorite location for my daily Venti Black Iced Tea No Water, No Sugar. The morning crew(Monqiue and Leidy + Mr. Nice Guy) rocks! They know what I want and usually have it ready and waiting by the time I get up to the register to pay. The staff here actually works and services the customer as if they were waiting on themselves and or hyped up on their own caffeine. I believe that they rate as one of the best coffee show crew in all of the US. P. S. Venti Black Iced Tea is $ 2.10. Unlimited Refills for $ 0.50.(deal of the century) They offer the same deal on all Iced Coffee Drinks too! This is a place where I wished they had a tip jar.

I just realized I’ve been to all 5 Starbucks on Fair Oaks and having already reviewed 2 of them, I figured I’d get all 5. Now, have you been to all of one thing on one street? No? Then you can bow down to me, that’s right sucka… Of course then again, Starbucks is probably the only thing that would have several of one thing on the same street. I can probably think of at least 4 Starbucks all along Huntington Drive, eh, probably 5, but Huntington Drive goes pretty long… Where was I? oh yeah… Coffee Bean Wait no… that’s like getting Subway and Quiznos confused. Mmmmmm… toasty! So, anywho, have I mentioned this Starbucks is actually inside a Pavilions? And what I don’t get about this Pavilions, it’s right across the street from Vons. Doens’t Vons own Pavilions? Or is it the other way around? I consider Pavilions to be Vons older, hotter, but sluttier sister. A sister I’d still want to bang. No, I’m not a manwhore like that… John Mayer on the other hand… I think this is the last of the 5 Starbucks… lemme double check…
