I’ve stopped at this FedEx location several times over the past few months.
I’ve been here twice to laminate things. The laminating machine is very old fashioned and right at the first counter when you walk in. I was a bit put off that I had to do this myself rather than have someone at the store do it for me.
I’ve also been here twice in the past few weeks to send out biological samples for work. The first time I made the mistake of coming over at 12:30 and the place was packed. The most recent time, I stopped by around 2:30 and there was no line. What a difference. I’d suggest trying to avoid the busy lunch time rush if you can.
I like how convenient this location is, and the fact that it’s near Target and some good spots for lunch is a bonus too. There isn’t anything particularly remarkable about the store or the service itself though.

This place pads the price of shipping by making you buy their cardboard filler before they will ship even with a prepaid label. Tried to ship a book and they insisted it moved around in box so had to repackage before they would ship. I had packaged it well and stuffed with newspaper but apparently not up to their standards. Never had any issue anywhere else. $ 4 for a wad of paper filler. Rip off! Scam!
