To simply put it, the cashier sucked at doing her job. Sure, she might have had a long shift and may possibly be dealing with a lot in her life, but that isn’t an excuse to not do her damn job. Honestly, I’m not one to make a big scene and I tend to keep these things to myself. But, as someone who’s had many years of experience as a cashier in the past, this situation just pissed me off.
First off, the cashier did not say one word to me throughout the whole transaction. Listen, I’ve come across many cashiers that don’t speak much. Even so, I usually get a «Have a nice day», «It’s $ 9.99», or even a «Hello». Now, when she proceeded to put my receipt in the bag, she just walked away afterwards to talk to her buddy next to her (another cashier). At this point, I’m confused and pissed. I would have stormed off, but I needed to see if she had any dignity left. So, I simply said, «HAVE A NICE DAY». What does she do? She continues to talk and laugh with her good ‘ol cashier buddy. This could seem like the case where she didn’t hear me, but I made sure I kept that damn eye contact. I also deliberately spoke louder and clearer than I usually do, so these «cashiers» could not have missed a single word I said. Honestly, this person just didn’t have the decency to say anything to me and I simply left that store vowing to never go back.
Marshalls, I enjoy browsing and shopping at your store. There may be times when I look inside the perfume box wondering where the perfume went. But, there are other times when I can find the most awesome pair of shoes that actually fit me! Seriously though, get a better team for this specific location. No one wants to leave a store feeling like shit.

I shop here all the time — I always find the representatives helpful especially today. I had a return without a receipt and the manager kindly took it back and didn’t give me a problem or anything her name was Biljana — the store is always clean and in order —

This is an average Marshalls compared to the others that I’ve shopped at. Their selection is rather limited especially for little boys size 6 – 8.
I have found some nice items such as pocketbooks, shoes, coats, and work out attire in this location and everyone is usually quite pleasant within the store.
Would like a better variety and more appealing setup but will return again.

Ling time ago in the early 2000s I used to enjoy grabbing a coat our shirt. I remember the store being neat and many styles.
Not the case at rigid location today. Not many choices and minimum sizes available. Staff is not really helpful when asking for assistance.
However the good thing is they had 4 tellers open. So the wait was not long.

If you look hard enough you can find hidden treasures in this discount department store. Sadly the selections haven’t been that nice lately. Maybe they’re waiting for the Xmas season to really boost it up? They use to have rows and rows of the scented soaps etc now it’s just 1 shelf. I would have given this place 4 stars just for the cheap finds but there’s this one cashier that is just so annoying. She keeps insisting that you apply for the credit card. Lady I don’t want one stop trying to convince me! Do they get some kind of commission for every person they get to apply for the darn cards?

The selection of clothes is limited & the layout isn’t the best. However, that could be overlooked & would’ve warranted this place 4 stars BUT the service was horrible. Maybe I should’ve lowered my expectations but a greeting would’ve been nice. Instead, the associate who rang me up did not bother to smile & was not properly trained. Go elsewhere for discounted clothing.
