McDonald’s

Where do I begin? The night shift staff is just plain terrible. They are rude, lazy, really slow at taking orders and ALWAYS get your order wrong. I ask for no pickles or onions on my two cheeseburgers and they always screw my orders up. When you ask for ANY type of sauce packets and don’t order their McNuggets one employee who works there always tries to charge you 27 cents for one, seriously? It is always the hispanic man who slicks his hair back and has a drive thru headset on, who charges extra for sauce packets. He is also the rudest employee that I have ever dealt with. Whenever I place an order of 20 piece chicken McNuggets during the day, I get 3 sauce packets to go along with my order, but during the night when this man is there, he only gives me one. I asked one of the other employees at a different time of the day how many packets should I be getting for my 20 piece, and I was told that you you get 3 for a 20 piece, 2 for a 10 piece, and 1 for anything less than 10. When I confronted him about it he said «no you only get one, you want more? 27 cents each» then walked away. If you want terrible customer service, and wait over 10 mins «in line» (and by that I mean you’re the only one waiting in front of the register) before this man or any of the night shift employees decide to help you, then this is the place to go to.

I like friendly people working there and I like the food. It’s a good place to eat something when you’re in a hurry. Frankly speaking, it’s neither better, nor worse than any other McDonalds. Once I’ve been to McDonalds in one tiny German town and now I can tell you that this one is far better than that one.

My brother and I decided to grab a quick snack to hold us over until dinner. I ordered a crispy chicken and ranch premium wrap and was pleasantly surprised by how many veggies were in the wrap! There were fresh cucumbers, seemingly fresh tomatoes, and onions! The lettuce was the generic stuff, but it was all tied in nicely. Not too much ranch with crispy chicken meat. The drive-​thru staff was professional and friendly as well.

I really like this McDonalds because the staff is friendly, it is within walking distance from my job and it is cleaner than a lot of other McDonalds that I have been to.
First, the backbone of any place, be it a restaurant, store or any place that isn’t your home is the staff. Literally the staff can make or break the customers experience at a restaurant. I’m sure you’ve heard or have even advanced the stereotype that the people who work at McDonald’s are just high schoolers trying to make some extra cash and probably don’t care too much about you or your order, but let me tell you, the staff here is much better than some of the other fast food chains around the area. For the most part the people are polite and diligent to what you want. They are also nice and respectful as they should be. To sum it up they are not the care free high schoolers that can sometimes work at McDonald’s and make the service downright dreadful.
The second thing that comes to mind when you think of a fast food restaurant, especially McDonald’s is the cleanliness of the tables, restrooms and kitchen. From what I have seen the tables and bathrooms are spotless and from what a customer can see of the kitchen there is noting that would tell you that it isn’t kept in the same orderly fashion. For me, cleanliness is a must and I have to say that the staff here’s does a wonderful job of keeping the place clean and orderly.
Finally, I really don’t have to mention the food because it really is true that you can go anywhere you want and order a Big Mac and the quality will be the same. Let’s be honest with each other, you are going to a McDonald’s and it is the same as any other McDonald’s no matter where you go.
That’s about it. I would say ever since they redid this location it has been really nice and the staff has been wonderful. I always love going here when my diet allows it.

Horrible service. Went through drive thru. Gave us a big stink for a couple extra sauces for our 20 piece nuggets. Made us pay 25 cents for each sauce packet. Received cold fries. Ordered filet of fish w no cheese and what did they do… put cheese on it. The order even says no cheese. Seriously? McDonald can’t even handle a simple request. Smh

nice mcds. Redone a few years ago. Nice staff. Walking distance to my job. Looks clean and I believe drive thru is 24 hrs.
