I walked in waiting at a register. They never asked if they could help me. When I finally asked if I need they had a part that my company called for & I gave my company name. She said no, I called my company & they did call in. The woman had a nasty disposition & seemed a little rascist. When a white customer came in 15 minutes later they greeted him & asked if they could help him immediately. The woman acted as if she had no knowledge of the part I was talking even when the instructor informed her. When she asked another worker he said he didn’t know. She kept looking through a book for the part, just looking like an idiot. I left the store not wanting to purchase anything from her. She acted like straight trash. If you don’t Like customer service why take a job, doing customer service? I rate this place a zero. I would never refer this place to anyone!

They don’t know much. There were a lot of people waiting around, on there phones but only 2 people actually working … Then when I finally got to the front of the 2person line they didn’t know much about my problem or even what the parts of the car are called … Lame waste of time.

I needed to purchase a brake hose. I called and they confirmed that they had it in stock. Got there, asked for the part, and bought it. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was even able to use my AAA membership card to earn a 10% discount! And what was the greatest aspect of my experience with them? The fact that they charged a full $ 30LESS than I was quoted by the auto repair shop I was going to take my car to in order to have it installed! NAPA charged $ 20 for the hose and Pep Boys charged $ 50! Awesome experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
