Do not purchase through Portmantos as they use deceptive business practices. They are in South Plainfield, NJ and New York, NY. The bag that I ordered was not described correctly. My shipping charges were three times what it actually cost Portmantos to ship it. I had much trouble returning the bag and never got the shipping charges reimbursed even though it was not my fault. Portmantos staff isn’t friendly or helpful. Customer is responsible for charges which are hidden. Portmantos does not support their customers when they are the ones at fault. Go elsewhere.

The suitcases that I ordered were not advertised correctly and are not compatible with domestic and international airline bag policies. When I tried to cancel the order and/​or return them I was told that I was responsible to pay the $ 120 shipping charges for the suitcases. Buyer beware!!! Portmantos will not support their customers when they are the ones at fault with a misleading description.
