I’ve been going to this place for YEARS. I have been a customer here since 2008, I’ve been here through different owners and different staff. I use their drop off service once a week. A family member of mine has certain problems and their bag of laundry normally has a bit of stuff in their clothes. For years this was never a problem, but now they’re worried that people will see and get freaked out so they denied our clothes for drop off and we’re no longer able to use their services. This drives me insane. Why the sudden change? The workers have my number and could of easily called me before I lugged 6 bags of laundry there and spoken to me. I probably won’t return.
Giving one star because A, I can’t give 0 starts and B, it’s always crowded. I’ve only ever used their drop off service, but I’m sure their machines are good.

Dirty laundry? This is the place to be! Open 24 hours! The machines take quarters but they do have a change machine.
