I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Traub and his entire staff. After realizing that we were going to have trouble conceiving naturally, I went to a Dr. in Manhattan who was impatient, rude, and talked down to me. We then found Dr. Traub through our insurance website and made the trip to meet him. After our initial conversation with him, my husband and I felt such a strong sense of hope and relief that we decided it would be worth traveling a bit to be under his care. Dr. Traub treats you like you are his equal, exemplifies patience and compassion, and somehow makes a deeply stressful time lighthearted and positive. He is also unbelievably knowledgeable, extremely thorough and has an unprecedented bedside manner. While we ultimately needed IVF to conceive, he never pushed us into it and rather allowed us to take our time in getting there. I am so thrilled to finally be pregnant but honestly, being released from his care was one of the most bittersweet feelings I can remember having. I can’t imagine ever finding a better Dr. or a better team-​his staff is INCREDIBLE, especially Sally who is a ray of sunshine and one of the kindest people you will ever meet. I would recommend Dr. Traub to anyone having fertility issues and truly cannot imagine going through this difficult time in my life with any other doctor.

Going through reproductive issues with your spouse is never an easy thing but thankfully, Dr. Traub and his staff are there to make it bearable! This is my second successful IVF baby! My husband and I were so pleased with the professionalism and expertise of Dr. Traub and his staff. The treatment plan, the care and just overall pleasantness of the experience was thorough and made us feel we were the only patients. Our first son was born in 2013 and now we are expecting a second baby! If you are in the Staten Island /​Central NJ area and need to find THE right dr for your fertility needs. Look no further. Stop stressing yourself out and get the answers and help you need!

My experience at the Reproductive Center of Central New Jersey was probably the best medical care of my life. In addition to being experts in their field, the doctors are compassionate and really care about you as an individual. I saw Dr. Mann, and when I was released back to my normal ob/​gyn after 7 weeks of pregnancy, I was truly sad to leave her. I wish she could be my regular doctor and deliver my baby! All the nurses (especially Allie) are super knowledgable, very accessible, and warm. I spoke to Allie sometimes several times a day with questions about test results or other concerns, and she always responded promptly, professionally, and compassionately. The Center makes everything really convenient and easy — they do some of their own lab work, so I could go early in the morning before work, and I’d always have the results by noon. Lastly, the doctors don’t charge the balance of what your insurance doesn’t cover, which is amazing. You pay what gets covered, and nothing more! (at least this is how it worked for me). I didn’t end up needing IVF or any fertility treatments — ended up falling pregnant naturally just after I began seeing Dr. Mann — but even if I didn’t physically «need» the services of the RCCNJ, the Center was amazing in terms of taking the anxiety out of what had been a stressful process, and also setting the bar for me in terms of expectations of future health care providers.
