I’ve been going to TLnails for over 10 years. The staff is super friendly and CREATIVE! They can do basic designs to any design you want, they can make! The nail spa is very clean and quiet. I love to go here to relax. They also do eyebrow waxing and body waxing. I recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a relaxing, friendly and professional environment.

This place has really changed over the years. They have poor customer service skills. Lisa has even changed and she’s the owner. If you correct or watch them work very carefully they get upset and start to rush your nails and start to speak about you in their language to the other techs. For a polish change and 3 nails fixed and 2 designs it cost me what it would cost at my regular nail place for a full gel fill in and 4 fingers design. Word to the wise they don’t know who does and doesn’t understand their language so they should watch what they say. When asked to see their nail art your told they don’t have many and they keep working staring they can do any art you pull up on your phone. (Lies). No they can’t. And if you don’t like what they do they really catch a attitude.

Recently visited this place and they are pretty good. I dont get my nails done often but they did a good job. I went to Kathy who was very nice and personable. I would go back.

Im only giving them a star because the manager fixed my nail some. I went to this establishment after work on a Friday, bad idea. I had to wait an hour and a half to be serviced. I wanted a stiletto full set. I asked the tech if she knew how to do it and she said yes. Once the tips were on she started rounding them. On one particular finger she just kept filing on one side. I told her that she is doing it too much. Once she thought she was done my one finger looked horrible. I asked her to soak the nail off and do it over. She did and did the same dag on thing, it looked like gumby. Mind you I am tired from work, so I just let her finish. Once dry, I went and complained to the manager. He said if I come back tomorrow he will fix them. He fixed it, but he didn’t really do a good job either. When the manager called over the original tech, he began yelling at her in their language and she was looking at me like it was my fault. Anyway, I would never go there again and I do not recommend it.
