Taco Bell

My husband and myself visited this taco bell today and i have to say the service was
started with the boy at the counter taking our order. as we was waiting for our order i looked at my receipt and noticed he had rung up the wrong thing so i went back up to the counter to tell him and he said ok i will fix it i said well you also owe me money back because there is a price difference and he went and talked to a manager and came back and handed me $ 2.00 then the manager made our order and it was wrong so i told her and she said well that’s not what you was charged for and slammed a burrito on the tray and the boy working the counter was being a smart a** and said god bless. we also watched as other workers there was on their cell phones while making food. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The last three times I’ve been to this particular location: what they gave me was not what I ordered, it was thrown into the bag so carelessly that I couldn’t pick it up to eat it because it had broken into pieces, some was undercooked (tortilla, chicken was iffy), and it made me sick to my stomach for a few hours afterward.
The workers are nice, but inattentive, and more concerned with socializing amongst themselves. I’m also fairly positive I smelled weed on one occasion.
You couldn’t pay me to eat here again.
* I do want to emphasize that this experience has been isolated to this location, and the others in this area are perfectly fine. (The one on 5^th is amazing.) *
[One minor complaint about the chain as a whole: all soft drinks have a weird hint of starburst to them because of the specialty drink that comes out of the same faucet (?), and it is Not Good.]

Can be a decent place to eat. sometimes. The staff is usually friendly. There are some rude people that has an attitude towards anyone that returns food. They tend to mess up my order at least 75% of the time, I hardly go anymore. Bathroom cleanliness can be an issue at times. No changing table for babies. The parking is ok. The drive thru is a huge downfall. I usually sit 5 – 8 minutes in line before ordering, and another 10 waiting to get to the window. then the food is usually wrong.
